They called before they came and showed up on time. The paint color was perfect. They did an excellent job of painting and cleaning up after. No mess and everything put back where it belonged. The price was good and Gary, Rusty and Chris were fantastic to have in our home.

I needed the job done in a very short time span. The performance was excellent the team was friendly and great to work with and the job was done on time.

We wanted to know if our roof was damaged. Gary came out and gave us an honest opinion - that our roof was fine, No charge, He was very professional and courteous, and called to let us know that he was running a little late. We will definitely be calling him for other projects

We met with Gary Brown - SUPER knowledgeable! We felt comfortable in his assessment of our roof and his recommendations for room improvements (our house is old and lacking good ventilation). Gary's guys showed up at 7:45am, and had the job complete the same day! Gary visited twice during the process to check on the progress and quality. Gary also did a final inspection around the house and knew we have dogs and went out of his way to point out that the water bowl on our back deck needed changed due to roofing debris, he was concerned our dogs would drink that water (which they would have), I thought that was very thoughtful for him to mention it! They did a great job with cleanup around the entire house! My husband and myself were very impress with the shingles that P&G offers. We liked the quality and the warranty. We wanted something that is going to last us for many years and still look good after many many years down the road and we are confident that we got exactly what we were looking for. We had a great experience with P&G Property Solutions! We needed a new roof and the owner, Gary Brown, was very quick to get with us to arrange a meeting, and he was upfront, friendly and knowledgeable. His price was extremely fair for the amount of work we needed, and lower than what we had expected. After getting his quote, we cancelled meeting up with other contractors. He was very hands on, unlike some companies that will give you a quote and send some subcontractors and then you never see or hear from the owner again. They did an excellent job from start to finish, got it all done in one day, and were thorough and got everything cleaned up at the end of the day. I would definitely recommend P&G for any roofing need.

The owner,Gary Brown, is extremely knowledgeable, patience and professional. There was no sales pressure. He worked with our insurance co. and replaced our roof. He was involved with every step. Once we saw the excellent job that was done on the roof we hired P&G Property Solutions to do other projects (such as siding and gutters) and we received the same excellent service. The roofing crew was friendly, efficient and hardworking. They did a wonderful job tearing off & replacing our old roof with all new products (I.e. Ridge vent, valleys, flashing etc.) and brought our roof up to the latest codes. The crew cleaned up the yard thoroughly when finished. We very highly recommend P&G Property Solutions and their crews to everyone!!!

The owner, Gary, is frank and friendly. We bought our house in January knowing the roof needed to be replaced. The estimate from P&G was spot on what we were expecting so we didn't get estimates from anyone else. The job was done in a single day despite there being several more layers of shingles to remove than expected. Thankfully, this had only a small impact on the total cost. I dinged half a star on work quality because things weren't entirely cleaned up. Specifically, the porch was left stained (it needs to be refinished anyway, or I would have lodged a formal complain), a plastic bag from some materials was left in our tree, and our neighbor came by asking for contact info because of some mess on his property. Despite this, I still think our first major home repair was successful, I appreciated Gary's responsiveness, and I would consider using P&G again in the future.

The work merely does not get done even after paying 50% up front.

I had my roof replaced by P & G Property Solutions and was very pleased with the results. I had three (3) bids on the project and chose P & G (middle of bid price) because of the research I had done of several roofing companies. Gary Brown (owner) was excellent regarding answering all my questions and was prompt in returning my e-mails and phone call inquiries. His crew was efficient and did a great job. They also did an excellent job of cleaning up after the project was completed. I would highly recommend P & G Property Solutions for your roofing needs.

Very professional, the owner of the company was involved with every step of the way. Very reasonably priced after interviewing many other companies, and went beyond expections. I would recommend them to anyone to have the job finished right an done on time.

Gary is very prompt with responses. He gives honest evaluations of the job needs and can breakdown big projects into affordable sub projects so all work can be done. His workers were professional, friendly, and do a great job cleaning up after the job. I will be contracting this company again and will fully recommend to my friends.

Gary came out and quoted our interior paint job for 6 Rooms. After comparing paint companies We hired P&G. The paint crew was through and nice. Gary check the project daily to be sure all was going well and kept us updated. The project was completed on time and all was cleaned up and looking good at the end of the project. Great experience and now we are ready for the holidays!

I rarely write reviews but I feel obligated to do so for others. It is hard to write a bad review because Gary is so personable and the workers are nice. However, I will just stick to the facts. On the plus side Gary showed up within two days of contacting him and he provided an estimate prior to leaving. I would give this a 5 since it is hard to get people to return emails and phone calls on a timely basis. The only issue was that I had to provide a down payment of 50% that evening and sign a contract. This is the only service I talked to that makes you sign a contract and do a down payment. I was told if not that the appointment time would be given to someone else which was very high pressure. Quality - the painting of the walls and ceiling are good for the most part. However, trim was only one coat and did not fully and completely cover over prior paint. I did not see roller or brush marks on the walls which is good. When I stopped by a couple of times I did not see drop cloths being used and nothing was taped. Since nothing was taped there are "waves" between the ceiling and top of the wall. It's not horrible but is noticeable. Drop cloths were not used in the hallway I saw being painted. As a result there are multiple spots of white paint - which is the color used on the ceiling - in the carpet. I did not have a chance to look in detail at the other areas but did see spots of white and beige paint in other areas as well. Trim - since no tape or tools were used there is white paint on pretty much every step (16) going up the stairwell on both sides. Lack of care/concern for property - since the carpets were dirty and I was going to have cleaned before renting I think the painters assumed if they did not protect them that was okay. That was wrong. The carpets cleaned up surprisingly well except for spots of paint which were either white or beige. The ceilings had never been painted prior to this job so it was not from a previous job. The beige paint was covering up a peach color so no chance of that being from a prior paint job either. Granite counter tops - kitchen has multiple granite counter tops and there are also some in the entry way and stairwell. It took me almost two hours of scrubbing and cleaning to get paint specks off of them. In addition to not covering the counter tops when painting they were also not covered when putting tools and paint down. I saw paint cans, rollers, brushes, tools, etc., directly on top of the counters. Hardwood floors - same as counter tops. They were not covered and material was placed directly on the floors. There were many spots of paint all over which I did not have time to get up prior to tenant moving in. I was not happy to see paint cans and materials simply sitting directly on the floor and not on a drop cloth. Routine patching and caulking were not performed. Very little was needed except for the sink in the master bath which I had to ask them t

The owner is well connected with the other trades and recommended an electrician that also provided excellent, quick service. The roofing work was done on time and the team cleaned up well.

Was able to get my roof replaced very little out of pocket expense. Gary, after looking at my roof discovered that I had wind damage. He suggested filing a claim with my insurance company. I followed through with his recommendation and the claim was approved. Very happy with whole experience.
