I was seriously dreading the thought of replacing my old roof and gutters because it s so hard to find people who will do what they say they will. With P&G I did not have any of those problems. They were there when they were supposed to be and finished when they were supposed to be. Gary went above and beyond what is called for and fought with my insurance company trying his best to get them to take care or their responsibility. When they would not cover what they should have covered, he worked with me on a price and took care of getting my roof and gutters installed in a very timely manner. Extremely professional and is true to his word which is rare these days. I don t recommend a lot of services but this is one company I wanted to take the time and recommend. It s nice to able and hire someone and they do exactly what they are supposed to, and that s what I got with Gary and P&G Property Solutions. I could not be happier with my new roof and gutters. What a great guy. The owner, Gary came out on a Sunday and did the repairs himself. I explained that the people who put the roof on gave me an estimate, but never came to make the repair. He thought that was just wrong and he came out himself. He called first to confirm and he was on time. AND then, Wow, talk about going above and beyond. He inspected my roof. I had a few loose shingles and he inspected he whole thing, told me what was wrong, quoted a price for fixing it and told me to go back to the original company and ask them why they did a poor job! He was amazing. He took the time to educate me on how roofs should be installed, and the short cuts people take. As an educator, I loved that. When I'm ready to update my roof this is my company. Professional, honest and kind. Plus he took the time to educate me. I now know more about roofs then I ever thought I'd know. If you're looking for a company use this one. I absolutely Thank him for all he did. Hire this company!

Everything was done perfectly. The estimate was exact and the owner was clear about the work. He actually told us that we didnâ t need certain things done which saved us money. I would highly recommend them.

Gary from P&G Solutions went above and beyond to fight on my behalf with my home insurance company to get them to cover my roof. We met with multiple other roofers prior to him and no one let us know it could be covered due to prior storm damage! Having someone knowledgeable in the field to advocate on my behalf was such a relief and the quality of work was great. The actual roofing work was done efficiently and great quality. Gary was always there if I had questions and provided excellent customer service. I can t thank him enough!

Lived up to expectations, but the cost was driven up by unforeseen issues. Gary is honest, and insists on doing the job right.

We had some shingles blow off in a storm (off the ridge). Turns out the previous roofing company used the wrong kind of shingles. P&G fixed it with the proper shingles, and we haven't had any troubles since.

I would highly recommend P&G Property Solutions. The work was excellent with great quality, attention to detail and professionalism. I will hire them again and recommend them to family and friends.

Gary Brown oversees an excellent handyman service. I felt very confident with his employees and was impressed that Gary, as the owner of the company, jumped in when appropriate to assist in getting our project done on time in a quality way. He was very deliberate with the pricing and we had no surprises along the way. Overall a class act and worthy of a superior recommendation.

They were on time, they worked efficiently, were friendly and my home looked great. I was putting the home on the market and it has sold!

We had a different Company look at our roof and tell us we needed a new roof after a Hail Storm came thru. Our Insurance Company declined the claim. Company went away. I found Mr. Brown at P&G Property Solutions and called him. He was at my house within 24 hours. Up on the roof (which NO ONE did). He took pictures of the entire roof. (Which NO ONE did.) He told us what was wrong and he would help us. He then proceeded to fight and I mean fight the Insurance Company. Guess what???? WE WON! Gary sat and worked endlessly never giving up and finally we got the claim approved. Once I found Gary....this happened in a matter of a week. Prior to finding Gary it was going on over a year. He would not let this go (Thank Goodness). Our roof was badly damaged. Now we have a roof that will out stand wind and anything else that comes along. He scheduled his crew and they were here in a matter of days and the job was done. Nothing was left to clean up. His crew took care of it all. Yes, Gary was on the job site making sure we were happy. We are happy. So happy as a matter of fact that I contacted Gary again about our carpet. Yes, we purchased a beautiful carpet for our house from him and again, he was on site and his crew was here and gone and we never knew anything was out of place. The crews he uses are respectful, polite and totally professional. I will continue to call on Gary when needed for future replacements or repairs to our home. The service was outstanding.

After interviewing three companies, I decided to contract with Gary Brown of P&G Property Solutions to do my basement remodel project. Gary is the Owner and he personally came out to see me and went over my project. I wanted added family room space and a full bathroom. He also saved me a lot of time. He brought carpet and floor samples and helped me with final design. His company also has connections with many suppliers and was able to direct me to them where I was able to obtain some special pricing Throughout the process Gary was back and fourth checking the project, calling me and emailing project updates to me to keep me updated. My basement is done and I'm very happy!

Very large area of my house needed painted. I was looking for a company that was going to do a great job, priced fair, and wasn’t going to take forever to complete the job. P&G Property Solutions was the company that I chose. Gary promised to finish the job in a day where others said it would take 3 days. He brought an army of 6 painters in to complete the project. This project included scaffolding, and 20 some foot ladders. Not only did they do a great job of painting but they were very well mannered and cleaned up well. Gary was even checking the work on all the walls and ceilings with a bright light and having them fix any areas that needed touched up. Very pleased with the work and would definitely use them again!! The wife was pleased and that’s what really matters!

A great company that shows up when promised, does the work as agreed and completes all work on time. Workers were very polite. Gary is very prompt and professional, absolutely added them to the top of my vendor list.

I highly recommend this company. From the very beginning of the project to the very end I was very pleased. They did an excellent job. They were on time, did quality work, and cleaned up well.... not to mention they were several thousand dollars less than some of the other estimates we received. Gary is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.

We love our new roof. P&G Property Solutions did a complete tear off, including all roof deck boards, all in one day. We didn’t think it was possible, but they did the job in one day, just as they said they would. Very professional, high quality work. We highly recommend this company.

My roof looks great! I would recommend P&G Property Solutions - the crew was respectful and cleaned up after the job....I would have never known they were there. My job was rescheduled because of weather - the communication was prompt and up front.
