Gary came to my home to inspect my roof himself. His proposal was very detailed and clearly was the most professional and I felt confident he would deliver the best quality... which he did. Gary himself took the time to manage his team on-site while it was progressing. My job was finished on time, faster than I expected, and right on budget. My job was as important to him as it was for me. He does the job right the first time at the right price so I could spend my time focusing on my day-to-day challenges. When I have home improvement needs in the future Gary will be the only guy I want to advise me. For me he's a truly a trusted advisor.

I was seriously dreading the thought of replacing my old roof and gutters because it s so hard to find people who will do what they say they will. With P&G I did not have any of those problems. They were there when they were supposed to be and finished when they were supposed to be. Gary went above and beyond what is called for and fought with my insurance company trying his best to get them to take care or their responsibility. When they would not cover what they should have covered, he worked with me on a price and took care of getting my roof and gutters installed in a very timely manner. Extremely professional and is true to his word which is rare these days. I don t recommend a lot of services but this is one company I wanted to take the time and recommend. It s nice to able and hire someone and they do exactly what they are supposed to, and that s what I got with Gary and P&G Property Solutions. I could not be happier with my new roof and gutters. What a great guy. The owner, Gary came out on a Sunday and did the repairs himself. I explained that the people who put the roof on gave me an estimate, but never came to make the repair. He thought that was just wrong and he came out himself. He called first to confirm and he was on time. AND then, Wow, talk about going above and beyond. He inspected my roof. I had a few loose shingles and he inspected he whole thing, told me what was wrong, quoted a price for fixing it and told me to go back to the original company and ask them why they did a poor job! He was amazing. He took the time to educate me on how roofs should be installed, and the short cuts people take. As an educator, I loved that. When I'm ready to update my roof this is my company. Professional, honest and kind. Plus he took the time to educate me. I now know more about roofs then I ever thought I'd know. If you're looking for a company use this one. I absolutely Thank him for all he did. Hire this company!

Gary from P&G Solutions went above and beyond to fight on my behalf with my home insurance company to get them to cover my roof. We met with multiple other roofers prior to him and no one let us know it could be covered due to prior storm damage! Having someone knowledgeable in the field to advocate on my behalf was such a relief and the quality of work was great. The actual roofing work was done efficiently and great quality. Gary was always there if I had questions and provided excellent customer service. I can t thank him enough!

Lived up to expectations, but the cost was driven up by unforeseen issues. Gary is honest, and insists on doing the job right.

We had some shingles blow off in a storm (off the ridge). Turns out the previous roofing company used the wrong kind of shingles. P&G fixed it with the proper shingles, and we haven't had any troubles since.

I felt very confident with his employees and was impressed that Gary, as the owner of the company, jumped in when appropriate to assist in getting our project done on time in a quality way. He was very deliberate with the pricing and we had no surprises along the way. Overall a class act and worthy of a superior recommendation.
