Painters did excellent work even with the tight timeline that we gave them (even with us switching paint colors on them). Walls look great and project was done ahead of schedule and before all of our furniture was moved into house. Gary will accept nothing less than 100% customer satisfaction. It was a pleasure working with Gary of Property Solutions. He did an excellent job explaining what needed to be done with our roof, why it needed to be done, the benefits of having it done, and the cost. We felt the price quoted was very fair compared to other estimates. The workers during the process were very pleasant and cleaned up their mess. Gary was in contact with us after the install and made sure the work met our satisfaction. We are very pleased with the work done and we wouldn't hesitate to call Gary again when we need assistance with home improvements.

While he was appraising for the insulation, Gary also noticed our roof was worn, and built with materials that are now below code. He got us a new roof through our insurance, for free. And the insulation work was half the next lowest estimate. 5 stars in Value for Money doesn't even cover it. Gary is also great to work with, and will size up just about any work you care to ask about- while refusing to take jobs for which he can't offer an ironclad guarantee, which I think is just as important. For all that we had done, he got it done fast and was very willing to work around our tax returns, which was a plus.

I was impressed with how easy they were to work with, the work ethic of the workers and the quality of the work.

Our project of painting of four rooms and hall way with double coats of paint and all wood work was schedule for three days, the job was completed in three days. We also had three rooms of carpet installed. Was schedule for another two days, our carpet was finish in 6 HR. Good job Gary and crew. Would hire again.
