We had the shingles replaced on our house by P&G Property Solutions. I would give P&G Property Solutions an A+ on their work. First thing I noticed was that he took more time talking to us than the other companies did. He explained everything in detail that he was going to do. He also explained about the warranty, and that if you don't hace enough ventilation the warranty would not be covered. His prices were at a very good rate.He went beyond what he said he would do. My husband and I are very pleased with our insulation project done by P&G Property Buying Group. "Gary" was very professional as well as personable. He explained in detail what the job would entail and was concerned with the small details of suspending cable wires, vent coverings, and the clean up after completion.He took pictures "before and after" to assure us the insulation level was what we agreed on. WE are happy we chose P&G and will recommend them to anyone.

The project was done in a timely manner and my house looks great and has had many compliments. There was one delay when the porch support sleeves did not fit and it tooks some time to get them from the manufacturer but I was kept updated on the progress several times during the wait. It is done and looks great.

Gary Brown was VERY informative in all that he told us. Especially about our can lights that weren't up to code, He fixed the problem and we appreciated that. His bid was the highest of the three we recieved but we went with him because of the presentation and the fact that he uses fiberglass and the other two use the paper stuff. I was inpressed with one of the other guys who gave us a 20 iscount because Steve is a veteran and served two tours in Vietnam.
