I contacted New Climate and 2 other companies through Homeadvisor to get estimates and advice for replacing my 21 year old furnace. Kirk contacted me almost immediately and came out to the house within a couple of days to look at the job. ( I never heard back from the other two companies. ) He was incredibly knowledgeable, polite and likable.... I knew I could trust him to get the furnace replaced in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. Kirk did not disappoint. He kept in constant contact while we set up the day for the job, and he spent a full two days removing and reinstalling the new furnace unit. It works great! I will be using his company to service the new unit in the future.

Since moving to the area a few years back, I have used Kirk. We knew our AC was on its last leg. Kirk has helped us throughout the years with repairing it. Kirk really helped us out and came through for us on a mini split install that must companies either didn't know how to do or weren't really interested in doing. He was passionate about getting it done right and at a very reasonable and fair price for us, and he and his team really delivered. Other companies acted like our install was a burden on them, or they would tell us one thing on the phone and then the service person would say none of it was true. Kirk was upfront throughout the entire process, letting us know what challenges in our layout he would need to work around, and he delivered precisely what he said he would deliver and at the exact price he quoted us. No gimmicks, no bait and switch like the big box companies--just honest craftsmanship at a fair price from a team who takes great pride in their work. Highly recommend!!!
