Description of Work: I contacted Master Retaining on Tuesday March 17, 2015. I was informed that he would visit my home either Thursday, March 19 or Friday, March 20 to provide me an estimate for my retaining wall. HE also asked me to text my information. ON Friday,March 20, 2015 I attempted to call but the number was disconnected. He never provided me an estimate.
