Donnie was quick to respond, showed up that day, very knowledgeable, and fixed my leaking faucet. He is very affordable and does a great job. I will call him again if I every have a plumbing issue.

Donnie was awesome! He assessed the issue and identified the replacement parts and repairs necessary to resolve my grandfather's kitchen sink draining problem. He provided an estimate before going too deep into the job, which was fair based on the job at hand. From the get-go, Donnie's professionalism, patience in explaining, and expertise were above reproach. I would recommend this company to perform work on any plumbing issues that could occur.

When your kitchen sink clogs downstream of the trap on Christmas Eve, you can't wait long for a plumber to come out. King's was able to send plumbers out the same day for the repair. The price quoted over the phone was $110 for the emergency visit plus labor for whatever they found. Less than 30 minutes after the pair of plumbers arrived, they had the drain unclogged, area cleaned up, and tools packed. They were friendly and did a good job keeping the area clean and I appreciate the professionalism of the plumbers. That's when they told me they charge a flat fee of $195 to unclog a kitchen sink drain, making the total cost $305! I felt this was absurd and after a bit of discussion we settled on $250 total. I was willing to pay a premium for quick holiday service, but felt I was getting gouged for a half hour of labor (one of the plumbers just watched and didn't actually do any work). If they had a flat rate for this service, I don't know why they couldn't have told me that over the phone. Ultimately, the work was good and timely, but the pricing scheme was not a positive experience.

I read reviews online which were all very good however I had a different experience. I called to explain the situation and asked if they could look at it. He gave me an estimate of $795 to fix a tub/shower faucet and redo the broken pipe. I said that was more than I expected. He then said he could do it for $550. I said I needed to figure out my finances first. He then said there is a $75.00 service fee. He didn't say this on the phone and nothing on his website. Later he texted saying he could do the work for $455. So basically, he tried to take advantage of me by giving me a high price hoping I would fall for it. Very dishonest. I actually got the work done for $350 total from someone else.

Never showed. I called. He called back, didn't remember me. Said he had an emergency and told me he would reschedule on Monday. I explained my work schedule and he said he'd call me back. Got a strange text that he was dealing with a divorce and would show up Sunday. Never heard from and wasn't going to waste another day.

I have used Kings Plumbing for over 6 years now. Sam and his team is always professional, prompt and courteous. His prices are fair and his work and his teams work is high quality. I am never disappointed by the quality of work or the way the room looks after he is finished. His team completed the work as planned which included rerouting the water pipes and fixing the problem he uncovered. Now I have a beautiful laundry room with all the plumbing where it belongs and no future worry of a plumbing issue in that room. I recommend Kings Plumbing to anyone who needs plumbing work done. If you want a quality job for a fair price and prompt, courteous service, he is the one to call.

They were extremely reasonable. The young man was clean, polite and cleaned up after themselves. The young man did such a good job, I tipped him!

My husband and I met Sam in Home Depot 's plumbing aisle. Desperate for help as my husband was adamant about power washing our backyard, we began asking Sam questions for a temporary fix. He was so gracious and answered all of our questions when finally my husband sheepishly asked if he was available to stop by some time today. Sam and his partner ended up coming by before their other appointments - only an hour later! Not only did they fix the pipe, they checked the rest of the line and fixed another leak we hadn't even noticed. We definitely recommend kings plumbing and will use them again!

As a contractor myself I have to say it is hard to find a contractor that is reliable, does what they say they will do and responsive to your calls and needs. We have recommended Kings to several of our neighbors and we have heard similar comments. Kings is definitely a contractor to recommend - honest, fair and reliable.

The crew showed up first thing after giving the county two full days to come and spray our utility lines. The county had to be called by King's Plumbing on an emergency basis to complete their part of it, because King's could not drill until they knew where our utilty lines were. After the county came out, it only took the King's crew about 2 - 2.5 hours to drill with a heavy duty machine an 80 ft. long pipe into our foundation and hook up our water main line. They warned us that our landscaping could be disturbed, but I found the damage to be minimal. They put down hay and seed where their machine left some marks in the grass, and other than that, I couldn't even tell that such a big job had even been done. The crew went over everything with me, and I did not feel like I was being taken advantage of or tricked into spending unneeded amounts of money. They also showed me that our water expansion tank was improperly installed, and explained how it needed to look. They installed a new one, that day in about 30 mins. and got us up and running again. Overall, we had an excellent experience with King's Plumbing and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Very professional and courteous crew. Absolutely no mess, at the end of the day one could not tell such a large job had been done.
