They were able to help us get contractors to help get our home ready for sale, they listened to our feedback on homes we were looking to buy, and guided us through the processes of inspections, walk-thrus, and many other aspects that were new to us. They kept us posted on every step of the process so that we knew where we stood each day. When things got stressful, they were there to keep us grounded and ensure everything was okay. We definitely recommend the KimTim Team to anyone looking to buy and/or sell a home!
