They performed exactly as quoted, and the mower is running perfectly, it is an old one but they have it running perfectly.

My lawn mower is old - and I was interested in seeing if it was ready to retire or if it was just in need of some TLC. Jericho worked on it until it ran well. They said asked what my ball-park figure for how much I was interested in investing before it was too much to be worth it. They went above and beyond the repair needed but did not charge me more. They wanted me to be happy and to believe that they were trustworthy and reliable. THEY ARE! Very friendly, professional, and interested in building quality reputation. I'm so impressed to find mechanical help with great people skills!

He has 3 or 4 employees that are all really friendly. He is really handy and close to my home.

I haven’t had to use the snow blower yet, but the mower works just fine. They were very responsive.

Went in with an old MTD mower and asked for an estimate to tune up. Wasnt as bad shape as I thought but the guys did a great job getting me ready for the summer. Even sharpened the blades without asking. Now that's service. Will bring it back here every year for a tune up. !!!!

Joe was great! He picked up my snowblower the same day I called. He explained in detail what they would do. He called the next day to say it was running and brought it back the dame day! Bring on the snow!!!

Dropped off mower and was told it may take three or more days because of the volume of current workload. Mower was done in less than 48 hours and it runs like a top. Excellent work 5 star.

From the initial phone conversation to delivery of the last item, Jericho Mower Service's professionalism was outstanding. Each item was repaired / serviced in a timely and competent manner. Sincere thanks to Joe & Jerry for helping bring back our John Deere mower to new condition and servicing our snow blower in between snow storms. I highly recommend Jericho's.

Happy with the mower, looks like new (and it is over 10 years old!). Only issue was that they did not call after the mower was ready, so I called to find it was ready. Their records showed my phone number was not connected, but it has been working all along. On balance we are happy with Jericho.

I had a snowblower repaired by Jericho Mower Service with work completed on Feb. 18, 2010. The blower would stall constantly and make it difficult to clean off a driveway when you have to pull the rip cord a hundred times to attempt to complete the task. I took it into Jericho Mower after noticing their excellent service history on Angie's List. They immediately diagnosed the problem as a faulty carburetor and explained a situation concerning the demise of small engine manufacturer, Tecumseh and the scarcity of small engine parts at this time. A new carburetor was not available but they had a used, rebuilt carburetor which they installed at half the price of a new one. I picked up the repaired snowblower about 5 days later and returned home to clear driveway from a recent snowstorm. No improvement in the performance at all! I loaded up the blower and headed back to their shop. After tinkering on it for 45 minutes or so, it was finally determined the carburetor was starving for fuel and the fuel line was crimped. A small fuel line extension was attached to remove the crimp and the blower worked great after that. While I was happy that it was working well now, I wasn't so thrilled that my functional carburetor was now in possession of the shop and was billed for the used carburetor which it turns out I didn't need. I don't have a problem with paying the labor charges but I feel I should have been reimbursed for the carburetor at $ 42.50 since the problem was only a crimped fuel line. I want to build a relationship with people I use that provide services that I need at times but I will find it difficult to return to Jericho based on the fact that they didn't offer to refund price of carburetor due to their mis-diagnosis.

Extremely professional and friendly. The estimate was right on the money. They even talked me out of buying new tires because I didn't really need them. They cleaned both mowers. They called before they came to pickup and drop off the mowers. Thanked me for the business. Just an overall great experience.

Everything went great, once I found out they had moved to a new location. I dropped off my mower and the technician told me they usually charge about $75 for welding, and $75 for the typical spring tune-up package. He called a day or two later to give me a detailed list of recommendations which included rear wheel replacement (due to wear), deck discharge door repair (the spring/hinge was loose and the door would not stay closed), plus he quoted welding at $45 rather that $75 as before since it was going to be a simple job. The total was going to be close to $200, so I told them not to worry about the wheels, but to repair the deck door. The resulting total was going to be about $160 with parts, shipping, and labor. A few days later, my mower was ready so I picked it up the following weekend. The mower runs like new thanks to the tune-up, plus I had a coupon that made the blade sharpening free ( 7.50). The deck door repair was crude, but effective. They put some screws through it to keep it closed (I won't want to use the discharge adapter again, anyway) and sawed them off on the inside of the deck to keep the blade from hitting them. The weld repair was tidy, and they even replaced 1 rear wheel at no charge! Maybe they melted part of my old one while welding, I don't know and don't care. Overall, they do very good work.

Terrific! They were there when they said they would be, the repairs and tune up were done in less than a week and it has been running as good as new ever since!
