JERICHO MOWER SERVICE

It went very well. Every time I talked to them on the phone or in person; it was a pleasant experience. They helped me unload and load the mower. They also completed the work sooner than expected. I used the "Big Deal" but they treated me like a valued customer. This is the 2nd time I have used their service

I opted, at the recommendation of Jericho, for a carb that costed less but took longer to procure. Very courteous service, appreciated that I was presented with options of time vs cost.

service as promised, it was the busy time of the year so it took a little longer then expected to get my mower in and serviced. repairs completed to my satisfaction within reasonable cost

My parents snowbloer wasn't working, i called at 10 am, they picked it up by 1 and had it fixed by 2. It was just a broken belt, but they did some preventative maintenance with the rest of the hour they billed me for. They could have just slapped the belt on and stopped, but they used the time i was charged for. Overall, a quality experience, i would recommend them.

Angie's List had it wrong about the service...it indicated that it could be done at home but I finally have to take it up to their place of business. They were very good but there was a slight problem with the adjustment of the lawn mower...I made the adjustment myself.

Everything went great. I dropped off the mower and they finished it within a couple of hours which was a surprise. I literally didn't even recognize the mower it was so clean.

Costs included pickup and delivery. Service was done well and quicker than promised. Got it back the day before first snowfall which was a couple of days before promised. They also had good advice for storing the snow blower during the off season.

I purchased the $69 mower/snow blower special for my snow blower. They called and picked up the snow blower from my house and then called me when they had done the checkup to tell me what needed to be done and the cost. The snow blower hadn't been used in over 2 years, so it needed a lot of work. I got it back just in time for all the snow that's just fallen.

Apparently the carburetor was dirty from fuel left from last year and that prevented it from starting. They replaced the fuel and cleaned the carburetor. The two things that made me especially pleased was that the speed in which they looked at our snow blower and the honesty they showed by not charging us for things that didn?t need to be done. We had to take the snow blower in one other time previously (to another company) due to a recall and it took several weeks for us to get it back. You should know that he told us that they are not an authorized Toro service specialist. But our problem would not have been covered by a warranty anyway. I would definitely take our snow blower (or even our lawn mower) back to Jericho Mowers! Very happy we had our snow blower back so quickly!!

I called Jericho to repair a snow thrower. They arranged to collect the unit, completed the repair quickly, kept me fully informed on progress and delivered the unit back to my home within 48 hours. I am completely satisfied and will definitely use them again.

Purchased the big deal for lawn mower service, but it didn't actually include delivery and pick up like the deal said. Cancelled it because the delivery and pick more than doubled the cost. Service provider was prompt in calling to see if we wanted to continue with the service.

Service not performed because, the pick up charge was $70 which was more than the service itself.

In the deal it says they will come to your house and work on the snowblower, however when I called they said it would be an extra charge to pick it up and take it to their shop to work on it. I was under the impression they would work on it from my home.

This was the second time I've used them. The first time, they got my business for life! Our power washer & push mower both work better than they ever have. They recommended that we consider purchasing a new rider rather than invest in repairs on our current one. I checked it out and they were correct...it made more sense to purchase a new one and sell the old one for parts on ebay.

Unfortunately, the transmission was totally shot. Jericho offered to drop my engine into another riding lawn mower they had available. I thought the price they quoted was reasonable. I did however decide to buy a new riding mower instead. I thought they were knowledgeable and professional. I would not hesitate to call them to service my new mower in the future.

These guys are the best...honest, straightforward, and they do excellent work in a timely fashion. They will only repair what is necessary, and will make recommendations to save you money.

It was a really good experiece. They "wow-ed" me and I even recommended them to friends. I wished Angie's List would let me give them an A+.

They picked up the mower after I had it serviced from another company. I was about to give up and purchase a new $2000.00 mower. I asked if they thought it was worth fixing and they said yes. I spent $500.00 on a total rehaul of the mower. When they brought it back it looked and ran like new. everyone I dealt with from the mechanic to the pick up and delivery person was awesome. I highly recommend Jericho Mower Service! Great people and great service!

The Jericho folks pretty much knew what was wrong with the mower but required a few days to provide a quote. They had to wait for a part for a few more days so the repair took a little longer than I had hoped. The wait was not unreasonable and the mower ran perfectly when received.

Honest, courteous, and reasonably priced. I had also brought in my leaf blower/mulcher for him to look at. He identified the issue right away ( no cost) and told me it would be a waste of my money for me to have him look at it anymore. It would have cost more to fix it than buying a new one. I am impressed with the honesty and integrity of Jericho, and I will use them for small engine repair from now on.

Very professional, knowledge was impressive. Willing to share knowledge and troubleshooting techniques. Prompt and came through on estimated price and completion date. Price was fair.

When I picked up the pressure washer it started right up and all seem fine. However, I did not need to use it until several months later. It started fine but would not run above idle. So I took it back to him and he immediately, I mean immediately took it into the shop and fixed the problem. I was in and out in 20 minutes. When I asked him how much I owed him he apologized to me for having to come back. Was I satisfied - you bet.

My husband went out to start the spring lawn work and....the rider wouldn't start. So he went to the push mower and.....a mystery part went flying! Sigh... he admitted he SHOULD have had them tuned up last year. Anyway, Jerry at Jericho came and took both mowers, communicated what was wrong and what he repaired and brought them back all shiny and clean and ready to go. Just overall a good experience that went the way it should have.

They were easy to contact, answered all of my questions, and had my mower ready when they said. I noticed how well the blades were cutting the grass the next time I used my mower. I was very pleased with their service.
