Description of Work: Repaired snow thrower. Extremely professional, hard working, delivered unit. Seemed a little expensive, but probably because we had a thrower that had a part that needed to be special ordered. Were very pleased and would use them again.

Description of Work: When dropping off the mower everyone was friendly but when I picked up my mower and questioned a charge (which was almost double that of a competitor known to be expensive) I was treated very rudely and told to take my business elsewhere. Grant it I should have gotten an estimate for this addition work (tube in a tire) but I never dreamed it would be that expensive. Everyone has a bad day & the rudeness didn't bother me as much as my mower not starting properly once I got it back (replaced carburetor) and I wasn't about to take it back for them to fix.

Description of Work: MOWER WOULD NOT MOVE, THEY FOUND PROBLEM AND FIXED IT IN THE PULLY AND SOME PART-

Description of Work: Changed oil, oil filter, fuel filter, spark plug, air filter, cleaned or replaced pre-cleaner, cleaned and sharpened blades, etc. on riding lawnmower. Changed oil, spark plug, air filter, cleaned or replaced pre-filter, cleaned and sharpened blade, etc. for walk behind mower. Also, weld and repaired handle. Handle is now lopsided. Rest of work was good.

Description of Work: Brought in my Ryobi Leaf Blower that wouldn't start. Left machine with them for $28 deposit that is credited to your repair charges. They called me the next day and let me know it needed a whole new carburetor which would cost about $70. I approved the order and repair and they said it would probably be done by the same day next week. I called 1 day earlier than expected and the machine was ready and I was given the total which was exactly right minus the deposit. Great service and great price! I will only use them from now on. |

Description of Work: Our 5 year old push mower stopped working. We brought it in to see what was wrong. We were told it was a two week wait. We heard back from them about two weeks later with a list of problems. It was suggested we consider scrapping it and buy a new one, which we did.
