The salesmen were somewhat pushy but did an excellent job demonstrating and selling their product. The windows are probably over-priced but if they perform like they are suppose to, we should notice an improvement on comfort, appearance, and savings. The installers were very personable.

Experience started out good with the salesmen being extremely professional and explained all the products in great detail. Was quoted a price of 14,000$ but was offered a price almost 4,000$ cheaper for signing that day. Was told the job would take 2-3 days which couldn't be farther from the truth. The installer came out on 2/25/14 and started installation on the shower and told us our glass shower doors wouldn't be ready for another two weeks after installation. He proceeded to get his tools and materials into our house, in the process he damaged two pieces of furniture in our home and damaged the walls. After unsuccessfully getting a part up the stairs I then had to help him with it because they sent one person for a job that required two. After installation and 18+ days later we contacted our salesmen to find out what the status was of our shower being completed. Once we got a hold of him he had no idea that our shower was not completed and was oblivious to our situation. He then told us that he would gather information and find out when the glass shower doors would be in. Days went by so we called the office of Impruv It and she informed us that they wouldn't be ready for another week and couldn't believe that our salesmen didn't call us back to give us any info. We are currently waiting to hear back from anyone in the company on what happened and why we were initially told it would be only 2-3 days and not a month job? Once the job is completed we will come back and give a full review.

This was an experience that I want to alert everyone to. This company appeared to be professional but they came in to the house with a very aggressive closing technique. They offered an outrageously high price for the work, they would not define the work product, and they also offered a $2,000 lower price if I signed up on the spot with no explanation of project scope or materials. I requested that a written quote be emailed to me and never heard back from them. This was all after calling numerous times prior to the first meeting to be sure that I was the only decision maker. This company is focusing on older homes in older neighborhoods, such as mine, that tend to also be occupied by older residents that are not as familiar with the hard (in my opinion unethical) sales closing tactics. I would not allow them anywhere near my house again.

They have not started the work yet, so I have no review as of this date. The salesman was very nice and went over everything with me as to what will be done. After work has been finished I will write a full review.

The service was excellent and the quality of the work was excellent. They were very professional, showed up on time, and the price was competitive.

Met with two different salesmen working thru the same company (we think). The first salesman was very thorough going through each page of his manual, selling not just his product but his company. I was very impressed with the lifetime warranty information, guaranteeing the product during our home ownership plus one. I thought this would be a great selling feature to pass onto the next owner. We picked out everything for the total renovation. We were given an estimate of over $17,000 (did not include fixtures and cabinets), good for 6 months...but if we signed that day it would be a little under $15,000. We explained that we were happy with the product but not prepared to spend that much money. He made a phone call to his manager and was able to reduce the price another $1000 bringing the cost to almost $14,000. This was still more than $4000 over our planned budget as we still needed to purchase all fixtures totalling an additional $1500. Several weeks passed when we were contacted by a second salesman on the pretense that he wanted to discuss our experience with our first salesman. He explained that he was with the same company selling the same product out of a different division of the company. I believe he said that he was on the commercial side of things (renovations on hotels) and he was going to be able to give us a better price for the same product because he would be ordering in bulk. He stated the only difference was that instead of free lifetime warranty, it would cost us $45 co-pay after the first year. He proceeded to quote us $11,000 for the same work and we signed for the renovation. The warranty co-pay is double that and the warranty is not transferrable. Salesman #2 mislead us and lied to us about many aspects of the project and obviously the warranty. The installer was excellent. He was very competent and professional. Kudos to Gary for our beautiful bathroom...it looks great! 24 hours later we found a leak under the sink. We were a little anxious when the repair line didn't make a connection after 6 attempts on 2 different phones. After finding an alternatve number of the sales team, we were able to get assisance with our leak very quickly. We'll have to see.

Way to expensive. Decided to go with a local company saving us thousands of dollars!

They were a little pricey. It was a fari expierence. I was suprised at the expense. It was good not excellent. When I called them they would respond right away. There person could not install the toilet so I had to call a plumber but they knocked the price down for me. It took a while for them to come, the contract said 4 to 6 weeks. It took longer then I thought it would. He was nice and cordial. You need to make sure they are doing everything you are agreeing for them to do. The salesperson is really nice but they want you to agree to everything right then and there.

This is the 2nd time I've used this company for window replacements. Their price is higher than other companies we talked to, but the windows are high quality for their ability to keep the heat/cold out. We are not 100% pleased with the fit and finish of these windows because the window corners are heat sealed and leave a plastic bead weld in the corner that sticks out. We had this same issue with the first set of windows we had installed and a tech worked on them to try to make them better. If you had plain white windows I don't think it would be as much of an issue, but we have the wood grain effect and it sticks out if you look at it. We eventually accepted this is the way they are manufacturered and quite frankly when you have curtains over the windows you never see it. Because of the way these windows reflect the heat/cold is a very big reason we stayed with these windows. The technicians who installed the windows were very professional and did a great job with the installation job. Everyone was very professional and wanted to do what they could to please us.

I was approached by a sales person from this company when shopping at a local grocery store. The sales person said that they're giving away free remodeling if I provide my contact information to enter a drawing. Later I was bombarded by phone calls from this company to arrange an in-house estimate for remodeling work of my house. Since I do need to have some windows replaced, I made an appointment with them. Then I was bombarded with confirmation phone calls from this company. The sales person showed up on time for the appointment. He did some measurement and gave me a price for 6 windows plus a bay window. The price was close to $13,000. He said that this price is a very good price and the offer was good for a year. Then he said he's going to cut a special deal for me and drop the price to a little more than $10,000 if I can make a decision right away. I resented this kind of pressure and declined the offer. Then he said he'll still give me this offer if I can make a decision and call him before 5 pm that day. I did not call him that day. Then the next couple days, I kept getting phone calls from this company saying that they can give me a better the sales I talked to could not. (Go figure...) Then I called another two window replacement companies and got a much better price for my window replacement with better windows. No wonder ImproveIt wanted to pressure me into cutting a deal them. It's because they're a lot more expensive. I guess they spent too much on extremely aggresive marketing.

They have a very high quality product; higher than the other windows we looked at. We went for quality over price.
