+ 2 moreIt was absolutely terrible to find out they would not take the TV wall mounts back when I did not need them, or return my store credit. They in effect stole money from me.
Description of Work: Because my house suffered a major house fire, I purchased all my major appliances (refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, 6 TVs, TV wall mounts, etc.) from HH Gregg. Because the insurance claim for the non-gutted side of my house ended up being very challenging, it took 2 years before I was back into my house. When I finally moved back in I realized that I did not need two of the TV wall mounts that I had purchased from them. Because of their incredibly ridiculous return policy they would not take the TV wall mounts back, nor would they return my store credit that had accrued during the purchasing, ordering and reordering process of the other major appliances. I was not all happy to find out they would not return my money and the conversation I had with the manager on duty at the time was not at all pleasant. I will never shop at HH Gregg again, and they still have my store credit.

+ -1 moreHH Gregg has good customer service. They treat their customers better than at Best Buy. The people are friendlier and they care more. They seem interested in you. The quality of their products is good.

+ -1 moreDelivery was more than on time. Very prompt and quick. They were in and out within 15 minutes. They called at 7:15-7:30 to give me a window time and must've called back within 1 hr. to say I was next on the list. Then showed up within 3-5 minutes of that call. I've never received service that's been that prompt.
Description of Work: Bought a new washing machine.

+ -1 moreI CALLED THE COMPANY SERVICE DEPARTMENT ONE DAY AND THEY SCHEDULED A SERVICE CALL FOR THE NEXT DAY. THE TECHNICIAN CALLED AND GAVE THE TIME HE WOULD BE HERE AND HE SHOWED UP EXACTLY WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD.
Description of Work: TECHNICIAN REPAIRED THE ICE MAKER AND WATER IN THE FRIDGE DOOR. THIS WORK WAS DONE UNDER THE WARRANTY AND THERE WAS NO CHARGE.
