+ -1 moreOverall, I think the Help U Sell concept is a very good one: they give you a choice of realtor services, from full service to just listing the MLS, and charge fees appropriately. Fees are not based on a % of the selling price. However, the agent was not that great, and I felt like I was doing all of the negotiating and coming up with solutions to issues that arose with the buyer's financing, etc. They promise advertising, but I could not ever find my listing on their various mailed ads. I think my house would have sold on its own with just a listing on the MLS.
