My service was carried out by Mike Wilson. I was very impressed by his knowledge but even more importantly by his willingness to share it I always want to learn as much as possible about my lawn and it's upkeep, Mike took the time to answer all of my questions and provide the details I needed. Mike is the reason I will continue to use Experigreen as long as I can afford to do so.

As a senior citizen finances are difficult, but keeping up the yard is also important. Tyler Reese worked with me so my lawn maintenance was doable within my budget.

Tyler Reese addressed my concerns and offered solutions to my issues. His expertise and knowledge are very helpful.

They also are doing pest control and mosquito control. The guys who come out are so respectful and efficient. I love having less bugs and a beautiful lawn.

I was in need of lawn care and Shawn showed up at my doorstep. He was an amazing help and a great salesman. He explained everything very thoroughly and what to expect from this company. I will tell my neighbors about this company if you guys do a good job on my lawn.

lawn is green and growing great. I wanted to specifically treat weed â henbitâ and initial treatment was insufficient. Called and asked for retreatment, some weeds were hit but easily half of them were not. Called again, spoke with customer service and less than satisfied worker really heard my concerns.

My sales rep Keith Adams is awesome. Since over a year ago when he put the door hanger on my door, he has been there anytime I have a question. He always follows up and makes sure the treatments or seeding were done to my standards.

Good value compared to the others

I could not afford your services this year. Also, I was unhappy because I did not receive my credit in a timely manner. Keith Adams was the customer service person that I spoke with. We discussed options for this year service. Keith was courteous and friendly. I have decided to continue Experigreen for this year. Also, my husband and I spoke to Travis Brooks who applied the first application on our Grass this year. He explained what he was applying and he spoke with us about my concerns. He was friendly, and he did a good job Carolyn.

For this upcoming season, I worked with Keith to customize the treatments in needed and could afford. Very helpful and customer focused.

Keith Adams has always accommodated my request and has left me positive impression

Satisfied customer for years. We cancelled because of moving. Disagreement on the last service. We were billed and should not have been. Long discussion on details of that billing. But those details could have been worked out, but horrible customer service did not allow that. We paid only because we are going to be taking out a new home loan and do not want our perfect credit score harmed though a collection agency. Unfortunate ending to an otherwise satisfying experience.

HAD TO CANCEL THE SERVICE. SINCE SOMEONE ELSE TOOK OVER RANKIN LAWN SERVICE THEY CAME OUT TO TREAT THE LAWN. MY WIFE WORKS AT HOME AND I HAVE CAMERAS AROUND THE HOUSE. THE TECHNICIAN CAME OUT AND SAT IN HIS TRUCK FOR ALMOST A HALF AN HOUR. THE ONLY MOVEMENT DETECTED ON MY CAMERA WAS HIM COMING UP THE DRIVE TO LEAVE THE BILL. THIS BILL I WILL NOT PAY AND AGAIN CANCELLED MY SERVICE AND HAD USED THEM FOR A FEW YEARS NOW AND WAS ALWAYS PLEASED. NOT ANY MORE AND HAVE HAD A FEW OTHERS TELL ME THEY CANCELLED SERVICE AS WELL. SHAME BECAUSE WHEN IT WAS LOCALLY OWNED ALWAY LIKED THE SERVICE WE GOT.

Eric greeted us at the door and explained what he would be doing to our sickly yard. He was so helpful with most of my questions. He said he took a picture and would refer our problem to manager. Eric was very pleasant and eager to explain how he would do treatment. Looking forward to next visit and hopefully our grass will look better by then . We are happy to be back with ExperiGreen.

Technician Sean was very friendly and did an excellent job

The tech was great but info was not passed on to him and I was advised it would beâ ¦not passing info is not good for the customer who made phone calls requesting info.
