Description of Work: Installed four steel piers to fix failing foundation in corner of house. Also added i-beam supported by two screw jacks to bolster cracked porch/workroom ceiling. | |Got back to me immediately to schedule free estimate, and was very easy to keep in contact with throughout the job. | |Workers were very friendly and knowledgeable, and the work area was well-cleaned after completion. Great experience given the decidedly unpleasant experience of having one's foundation fail.

Description of Work: They lifted an interior concrete floor by "slab jacking it. The guy who came out to give the estimate was personable and explained the process, he was able to answer questions and let me know what to expect.The service men completed the job and at first I thought they could have done better. I called in and spoke with the office, long story short Someone came out and explained right away to lift more could cause damage to the walls and ceiling. Once the pad and carpet was finished no one would ever know. Overall a great job. I plan to use them again!

Description of Work: I called them to request an estimate on foundation work and was asked to send them a copy of the engineers report. I explained we were only looking for the basement support jacks to be added in some areas and replaced in other areas. They emailed me back and said that the engineers report referenced joist work which is general contracting and they did not do that type of work. I responded again with the highlighted portion of the report, basement floor jacks with cement foundations. They never responded. I followed up with another email but did not receive a response. I contacted another foundation company who completed the foundation work. I was very disappointed Dwyer's rudeness of the first reply and then no follow up by them after my first response to their misunderstanding of the work I was looking to have done.

Description of Work: I have a 8x9 cement front porch (about 5 feet off ground) that had drop and was allowing water to flow into house basement. They raised the back side of porch up 2 inches. Perfect and painless.

Description of Work: Fixed our sagging foundation by installing 5 steel piers per the plan that |was outlined. Due to the fact that they had to tear some of the landscape |up they came back to regrade the landscape. They filled in the cracks in the foundation and brick work. They also fixed the drainage system for the |down sprouts. Their work was excellent a precise.

Description of Work: I hired Dwyer to perform a mudjack of my driveway at the entrance to my garage. They had to raise it approximately 2 inches. After completing the work, they cleaned up the mess which mudjacking makes and left my driveway neat.

Description of Work: Dwyer slab jacked a sunken portion of my driveway just outside of the garage. The service was performed quickly and professionally with minimal drama and no oversight by me. I would use/recommend them in the future.

Description of Work: Dwyer raised two areas of sunken concrete. One was where the driveway meets the garage, and the other was where the front sidewalk meets the porch. They did this by drilling several holes in the existing concrete and filling them with new concrete so that the area underneath would be filled, raising the existing concrete. The process was quick and we were charged the same as the estimate. The holes they drilled were filled with concrete which did not match the color of the existing material, but we were advised of that ahead of time and weren't worried about it. Both areas are now much improved and we are happy with the work. We would call Dwyer again, possibly for other services. We will point out that it is better to call them than to e-mail. We e-mailed the company some time ago and received no response at all. However, when we called, they sent someone out right away.
