Description of Work: dUGANS DID A GREAT JOB CONSIDERING ALL THE PROBLEMS AND DELAYS WE MENARDS STORE. THEY TURNED A 3-4 WEEK JOB INTO 3 MONTHS. Dugans kept coming back to try to finish our job.

It was a disappointing experience, and things didn't work out. He wasn't really finished, but I didn't want him to do any other work because I didn't feel comfortable with him. A lot of things weren't done to code, and he used rusted nails. We had already paid him in full, and he also never got a permit. He never gave us paperwork and there are just so many things that are wrong and dangerous with the deck. The ramp was not secured properly, and the deck was not supported properly. It's going to cost us another $6000 to replace the ramp. He was also supposed to put in our sliding glass door, and he never got it done.
Description of Work: We had to have a deck built with a ramp.
