The technician was very nice and professional, and had to work outside on a 100+ degree day. However, we were charged more than $500 for 2 hours of work (1 hour waiting for someone from Duke Energy to arrive and 1 hour of actual work). There were no parts that had to be purchased. Even after writing a letter to the company nobody could explain to me why this was so expensive.

They are very polite and professional. I highly recommend them.

I called on Tuesday and much to my surprise Shane and Rey were able to come that afternoon. After going over all the needed work and giving me an estimate, they started work right away. They came back the next morning to finish. I was very pleased with the work they did. Everything was explained very well and all my questions were answered. They worked quickly and cleaned up everything nicely when done. I thought the price was very fair. I will be calling them again for any electrical work I need done and would highly recommend them.

Shane and Ray did a great job. Very professional and explained everything. Took in what I had seen to help diagnose where the problem was. Water leak and improper spacing of wires caused short in the main breaker box. They had power back to 95% of the house within minutes and done with the rest in no time. Explained the materials used and even showed what the product looked like in it's original form in case I need to use it elsewhere around the outside of the house. Kept the space needed to cut out of drywall for access to a minimum for easier repair by me later. All in all, feeling of a job well done and safely done in time for the kids to come home from school.

Work went well. Greg Dietrich was very responsive and worked with me to get a time scheduled to do the work. Ray and Shane came out to the house. They were very courteous and professional and did an excellent job with the installs and fixes. Cost was appropriate for what they did. Next time I need some work done I will give them a call.

I would describe Greg as a perfectionist who takes great pride in his work. Electricians don't come cheap, but his price was more than fair. I will be redoing my kitchen in the coming months and intend to call on him again.

As usual, Greg started the job on time and finished the job professionally. He installed all the outlets in the time he said he would and all are attractive, neat and clean. His work is first class. Nothing he has ever done for us in the past five years has ever broken down. I highly recommend Greg Dietrich!

I called the day before the job and they were able to come out the next day, even though i wouldn't be home till 4 pm (pretty late in the day to start work). I have an older home with knob and tube wiring, which I was concerned would pose a problem, but Shane (the electrician who came out) was able to replace the dryer outlet that the previous owners had inexplicably installed in the kitchen instead of the correct range outlet, change the circuit in the panel to the correct level of amps, and remove and replace a closet fixture that had been a dangling wire leading to a bare bulb with a dual-bulb fixture flush with the surface. He also cleaned up diligently. It took longer than I expected, and thus was more expensive than I had anticipated, but I hadn't asked for an estimate, so that's really not their fault. (I assume I also was paying a premium because they worked from 4:30-7 pm, after normal business hours.) I hope not to need an electrician anytime soon, but if I do, I will most likely be calling them!

The job went very well from start to finish. Greg and his partner worked very well as a team and always showed good manners. They cleaned up after themselves and never left a mess behind. In fact, the days they came to work; I had hardwood flooring installed and they even cleaned up some debris the floor guys left in the basement from pounding on the first floor. They did extra little things without us having to ask. I would highly recommend Greg to get the job done right the first time and very efficient.

I found him to be very friendly, forthright and honest. I found his rate to be reasonable for the time and work that he did. I know that services such as these do not come cheaply. The best thing I learned about him is that his assistant knows some American Sign Language and I know Deaf people who would prefer to have workers who can communicate with them.

I called Greg's company on a Tuesday and he was able to take care of the work that Thursday; even though he was out of town until Wednesday. He has also done work for my in-laws and that too went very well.

They were prompt and I thought their prices were reasonable. They carefully inspected the wiring before doing the work. They were polite and quick to get the work done.

I am very happy with the work that Greg and his assistant did on my house and have already recommended them to friends. They were professional and thorough and cleaned up after each work day. Greg listened to my requests and suggestions and also installed a motion sensor, a new doorbell ringer, and a programmable thermostat. Greg is a warm and friendly guy with a great sense of humor--and very, very handsome! I will definitely hire him again!

Greg and his guys are amazing: professional, courteous, punctual and thorough. When we bought the home, we asked the sellers for the $ amt of Greg's estimate so that we could bring the electrical up to code; after we purchased the house, we presented Greg with their check, and asked him to work with us to ensure that we got the most work done for the money. He helped us prioritize our needs and get the full house up to code.

Greg always showed up on time, and was courteous. Work was done in a timely fashion and I would recommend and rehire.
