I contacted the provider on Friday9/13 to set up an appointment for a structural engineer for a house I am in underwriting with. The company's voicemail states they will call back in 24hrs. Since it was a Friday I waited until Monday. I called several times Monday with no answer from the office manager- who is suppose to do the scheduling. I called other extensions two of which answered but simply transferred me back to the office manager who never answered and I left about 3 messages. I still do not have a response.

Mr. Boujaoude did not go out to the house himself, but sent 2 people (who were also not home inspectors) out to take pictures, then compiled the report. We received the report beyond the 48 hour window (about 60 hours after it was completed), and it was very unsatisfactory. It was much less detailed than other home inspection reports that we have seen, and the structural component basically consisted of him telling us to contact the company that had done the basement waterproofing in the past. We were unhappy with the report and called to ask for a refund. Long story short, dealing with Mr. Boujaoude has been a terrible experience. He has refused to refund our money and threatened legal action against us (for, among other things, "wasting his time"). We found out he is not a licensed home inspector in Kentucky, nor were the people he sent to take pictures. We had to hire another home inspector and another structural engineer (whose reports were excellent) but are still trying to get our money back from CSE Engineering. We would recommend staying far, far away from this company. UPDATE: I see that Mr. Boujaoude has responded to the review. He never offered me a full refund, and in fact I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company to get the money back. He is also incorrect; we ended up buying the property in question after hiring a licensed home inspector and separate structural engineer to inspect the property.
