+ 0 moreHe did a very good job. Very professional. We were quite satisfied with him, he did do a very good job; I was astonished. He was professional around and he didn’t pass out like the old guys I hired did and he wasn’t overweight either. He doesn’t get tired easy, he take as longer break and I understand that. The guy was neat. He was on time when he showed up. His drop cloths were all neat and they weren’t dusty. If we had any questions or anything, he would be right there to answer it. He always came in clean, neat and not sloppy in appearance.
Description of Work: We had a leak in our ceiling and the plumbers did the cutting of the drywall and replaced the piping that needed to be done. What he did is basically, he fixed the hole, sized it up right and he put in the right kind of drywall. It was a two day session. He painted it to make it look nice. He repainted the whole room.

Description of Work: Painting trim of house, power washing, other handyman tasks. His later father and now Jeff have worked more than 40 years combined for us. Jeff and I rehabbed a home in Anderson, Twp. Jeff did drywall, plastering, interior/exterior painting, installing tile, plumbing, etc. He arrives around 10 am and works steady until about 3:30 p.m. (daytime hours).

+ 0 moreHe is so careful and so thorough. The most important thing to me is that he remove the hardware and lay drop cloths. The guy is top notch, and I like the fact that he doesn't smoke. He's been working for me since December.
Description of Work: He painted the entire int/ext of duplex and was able to save shutters and a cupboard that would've been thrown out. He's careful to restore things, which saved me a few hundred dollars worth. I will probably hire him again for another rehab project. Cost is weekly, labor only minus material costs.
