 + 1 moreI would strongly recommend this company, everything from the initial sales call to the installation was exceptional. The crew was very courteous and treated our home as if it was there own and they even put our blinds back up, plus the owner came out to do a walk through with us when the job was finished . We feel great about our purchase and now we can say we are proud of the way our house looks. Thanks Cincinnati Window Design.

replacement windows, glass block
 + 0 moreThe salesman never got back to me with an estimate, nor was he helpful with our problem.
Description of Work: When our basement window was breached by a person attempting to break-in our home, we called this company to install glass block windows. They told me on the phone that they would send someone out immediately to secure the window. A technician did come out but he did not secure the window. He took measurements to replace my windows with glass block and said he would get back to me by Monday with an estimate. He never did get back with an estimate so I used another company (who did what they said they would do) to install the windows.
