Burlew's Restoration & Carpet Cleaning

From estimate to completion of the cleaning this was an experience compared to none. The professionalism, expertise and friendliness were more than I could have hoped for. Not only does the carpet look great but I was given some tips on keeping it this way between cleanings (which I am sure any dog owner would appreciate). My carpet was completely dry within 6 hours and looking new again. I have already recommended Burlew's to my family and will continue to do so with friends and colleagues. Price may have been a little more than I could have had this job completed for. BUT I got what I paid for and will now be a loyal customer.

They were wonderful. The owner came and did the work. They were more thorough than any other carpet cleaner I have used. They moved all the furniture. They took a long time in a positive way. They got out stains that other cleaners weren?t able to remove. They might be slightly more expensive, but they are worth it.

They are a very professional, very careful and got the 8 year old carpet looking like new. I almost had the entire house re-carpeted, but after they came, they said I didn't need it. I definitely would use them again, they do a great job.

This is the second time I've had Burlew's clean my carpets. I won't have anyone else do them now! While they may cost a little bit more, it is well worth it. Shawn and Mark did a terrific job and were very professional and sincerely interested in doing a good job. The first time I had them clean my carpets, there was one stubborn spot that didn't completely come clean. You couldn't tell it wasn't clean until after the carpet dried. But the next day Mr. Burlew came back and redid that small area without charge and without any complaints or hassle. Mr. Burlew runs a quality service and, unlike alot of companies these days, still values customer satisfaction and repeat business. He will certainly have mine. Marilyn in West Chester

They did a great job, overall. They were a little pricey, but I like that the owner came out and gave the initial estimate. The guys that came out got started right away and helped to move and vacuum some of the smaller things underneath. Worked around things and were very thorough.

Everything went great. We have two dogs (terriers) who are very h****** carpets, rugs and couches - especially when they are off white/light beige. There were two workers who worked very hard to make sure everything was well cleaned. They were very friendly (dog friendly too!) and very professional. We are very pleased with the results.

They did a good job. They performed the work they promised. They were on time and the price was reasonable.

They were very punctual, work went as expected, they finish right on time, the carpet look awesome and it was a very enjoyable experience. Definitely I recommend to use any time.

This was the second time I used Burlew's for carpet cleaning and they did a great job once again. They are very professional from the time they answer the phone to the time they finish the job. Expectations that are set are met. All individuals I have dealt with have been excellent.

Burlew's service is first rate. They are prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, professional and reasonably priced. I have used their service over the last 20 years and have never been disappointed.

Mr. Burlew made an appointment to pick up my orientals. He was punctual and professional. I called them when I noticed my newly diagnosed diabetic cat had urinated on the carpets. They are expensive orientals so on the advice of reviews from Angie's list, I called Burlew. They returned them perfectly cleaned, and deodorized. The fringe has never looked better. I would highly recommend them, and will use them again in the future. Great job!

I did not have any issues with them. They had nicked my furniture with the cleaning equipment. However, they were very co-operative about it and deducted $45 from the bill. They were hard working. They came here and got to work right away. They were good.

They did a wonderful job. I would definitely recommend them.

The price seemed reasonable. They just charge one price with no add ons, unlike some of the other companies will have an offer but then charge extra for certain things. I found them on Angie's List. They were very nice and did what they said they would. A lot of the spots they got out came out after a while and they told me they could be retreated. I paid a little extra because they sprayed to keep it cleaner for a longer time, then the next time they come back they would charge me a little less for the same service. I was kind of surprised the spots came back though it has been a while, I haven't called them back yet. My feelings about them have changed over time.

It went well. We didn't have any problems with them. We would have them back again. It just was expensive, but that's the nature of the game. The owner was the person who actually came and oversaw all the work. He was really professional and the people who worked with him were also very professional. They were prompt. They came within a couple of hours of our calling to report that we had a problem. It was on a Sunday so they went above and beyond to meet our needs. We were first time customers. I don't think they were the cheapest out there necessarily.

They had to come back because apparently they used too much sealer which stained the floor and the grout. However they came back and spent about 4 additional hours buffing the floors and brushing the grout. In the end it was perfect !!!

Excellent. Arrived early, did the most thorough job of anyone I've ever used over a 30-year period. Would recommend them without hesitency! They were also very polite and efficient, but didn't rush through. They took their time with a troublesome pathway.

I had a very good experience and I will defintely contract them again to maintain the carpet through the years. They did not oversell their services and the outcome was better than expected (paint stains removed).

From beginning to end it was a terrific experience. Mr. Burlew called me back almost immediately after I left a message and made arrangements for his crew to come out the next day. Mark & Shawn actually arrived early, were very polite and efficient. They explained exactly what it was they would do. The carpet now looks like new and I couldn't be happier. I will most definitely use them again in the future!

They refused to give me a quote because they said my carpet was too dirty. They were polite but they just didn?t seem like they wanted to work too hard. They showed up late.

He did a really good job. He was punctual and the work was done very well. He did go out of his way to look for ways to do the patch in the most unobtrusive way as possible to the other carpet.

They were very professional. The price was nice and it was the owner who came out. We had a really stained rug and they worked on it for a long time.

This company performed the work as requested in a very trimely, prefessional and excellent manner. Mr. Burlew was available via telephone for any further questions. His employees worked and cleaned these rugs as if they were their own. They all worked very hard and did an excellent job. We had a couple areas in the house which had a pet (dog and cat) urine smell problem. They worked on those areas intently and were able to get the smell out. All the w-to-w rugs were restored to a clean fresh smelling new look. They took the area rugs back to their work facility. This allows them to dry the rugs in such a fashion that there are no hang marks or folds. They were able to treat our Orientals so that they would lay flat on top of some of our w-to-w carpets. Last but certainly not least, Mr. Burlew was very sensitive to our time needs. My husband is currently undergoing cancer treatment. His treatments required the rugs to all be cleaned and replaced within a certain time window. Mr. Burlew had his crews scheduled in such a fashion that our rugs were cleaned and back in place in time for my husband's return from the hospital. In summary, Mr. Burlew's company sets the standard for how a professional carpet cleaning company should perform. In addition, his employees are polite, professional, hard-working and very careful to do the best job that they could do for you. Fianlly, there was NO pressure or sales pitches to do another set oif rugs or another room for some special price. The estimate was the price. If you wanted furniture, curtains or some other rugs done, Mr. Burlew gave you an estimate and that was the cost. He also discounts for seniors. I would use this company again for sure and would highly recommend them to anyone considering to have their carpets cleaned!!
