Burlew's Restoration & Carpet Cleaning

I brought my area rugs to their shop. many of the rugs had years of neglect and were spotted and dirty (kids, grandkids etc). I really didn't have high expectations on a few of them but since the quote was good I gave it a try. I picked up the rugs around Christmas, they were rolled up and wrapped in paper. As I had just had hardwood floors put in I could not open them for 6 weeks. 6 weeks came and as we opened them up WOW it was like Christmas all over again. Every single rug looked brand new!! I couldn't find one telltale blemish in them. When I picked them up the owner told me his son worked very h****** them , I can believe that. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

We scheduled them for Monday morning and they were very flexible considering that I needed to make a change in the arrangements. Our wall-to-wall carpet was dingy had several stains on it that had been ground in for around 6 months (maybe longer) which I had been unable to remove with my rug cleaner. Burlew's cleaned ti beautifully, removing all stains.

Burlew's Restoration & Carpet Cleaning were a local a company. They worked it within my schedule. I had a couple of stains and they did told me what services they could offer for and it turned out very well.

Everything was cleaned really good except there were a couple areas where the carpet and tile grout were really dirty, and he was concerned that one cleaning may not get it as clean as it should be. They came back and cleaned those areas again. We are very happy and would use them again.

I have used Burlews previously and I am always happy with their work. The servicemen that pick up and return are always so very friendly and so careful with all the removing and returning my carpets. They work to make sure I am satisfied with my carpet placements. It is such a pleasure to have such trust in a company that I am never stressed out about what work I am having done. I did have to remind them this time of the return customers discount.

Last July I needed to have my carpet cleaned so I reached out to Burlew's Restoration & Carpet Cleaning for some much needed assistance. The team at Burlew's were able to successfully clean my entire house's floors including all the bedrooms. The team at Burlew's made sure to be careful moving all the furniture to clean underneath. The members of Burlew also did the job in a very timely manner to minimize the inconvenience to me. I would definitely utilize Burlew's in the future.

The overall experience was great. Great service and the 2 men were very professional.

I have had them here three or four times in the past two years. They did very good work. Overall, they did a great job. They consistently do a great job. They would lift up the furniture to try out the areas underneath the furniture if you want them to. I usually have them get the traffic areas. They also offer you a few options. So, if you want to do just that then you can or if you want them to remove all the furniture and do the whole thing then they will do that. If something is not right or if there is still a spot or something they will come back and re-do it with a smile on their face and with no worries. I won't need anybody else.

We have had these rugs cleaned before by a well-known company in the city. I must say that this time, the rugs came back looking better and the price was much more reasonable. The company also gave us a 15% discount because we found them through Angie's list. I was especially impressed by how knowledgeable Mr. Burlew was.

They were marvelous. It was not cheap but it was worth it. They moved all the furniture and they did individual carpets. They did everything I asked and they cleaned some furniture. They were expensive but they were excellent. They were very prompt and very professional. They did an excellent job and they did everything I wanted. They came back a couple of times because I had other things. They did everything; they were terrific. They were much better than carpet cleaners that will do the whole house for a couple of hundred dollars. I will use them again because I got a puppy that I wasn’t expecting.

This was the best carpet cleaning we have experienced. They cleaned the heavy traffic areas until the soil was removed. They cleaned completely to the base boards. There was no rush to get the job done and on to the next appointment. There was attempt to sell additional product or service. I am extremely satisfied.

The crew went through the basement with me to discuss what furniture to move, and they did xactly what I asked for. All the furniture legs were raised on foam blocks. All the water stains were removed and the 11 year old carpet looked new again.

There were on time and by the time they were done they had worked up a serious sweat <smile>. I have no doubt we could have found someone to do it cheaper but what we were looking for was an excellent job which we got. They were courteous, prompt, professional and very through. I thought no matter what they did we would still see the patch and it would be an eyesore but boy was I wrong. If you walked over the area and did not know exactly where it is you would never find it. Better than anything I expected. Our carpet had not been cleaned for a long time and was really dirty and we had two large stains from two recliners upstaris and they even managed to remove those stains. We are more than pleased with the results and would not hesitate to recommend Burlew's to our friends and family. They do excellent work...

We're happy with the results. The wall to wall carpets look great and the oriental carpet came back looking far better than we had hoped. Nice job. We highly recommend.

I had read about Burlew's here, on Angie's List and also at the BBB site where they are VERY highly rated. I think the BBB has them as Members since the late 80's with ZERO complaints against them. After comparing what I was seeing with listings for other companies, I decided Burlew's was for me. Their rep came over to do the estimate. Right on time and very professional. The estimate seemed very fair. With 3 dogs in the house - one being a puppy and another a new rescue - we had a lot of "accident" sites to deal with. We made an appointment for a couple of weeks out. Within a few days, I had to push that date out 6 weeks due to our crazy schedules. Burlew's was very professional and accommodating through it all. Finally, the day came. They showed up at the appointed hour and went right to work. We took the dogs out to the back yard and stayed out of their way. After a couple of hours, the Burlew tech poked his head out the door and told us they were finished. Everything looked wonderful! Way beyond our expectations. The furniture was all up on foam blocks and the carpet looked GREAT! Not really too wet, either. They packed up their gear, we wrote them a check - for the amount they had estimated and not a penny more - and they were gone. This morning, we took out the foam blocks and put all of our light pieces back in place. The carpet is dry and clean and we are VERY thankful that we picked Burlew's to do the job. They will definitely hear from us again!

It went very well and they did an excellent job. The two guys that came were really friendly and nice and they explained everything to me. They were careful with moving my furniture.

Did a wonderful job cleaning the love seat so that it looks brand new, and then took the three rugs and pad back to the shop for cleaning. Returned these in a reasonable time. They look great and colors are bright. Crew positioned them as I requested. Received a referral offer and even a thank you card after service completion. The two men who came both times were polite, efficient, and took care with their work.

They returned my phone call right away, picked them up right away and delivered them back in a week when they stated they would be finished. It takes a week because they need to hang them up to dry. Great experience. I put zero in for price because I used an angie's list coupon.

WONDERFUL! THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I USED THE SAME CREW FROM THIS COMPANY AND THEY WERE TERRIFIC AGAIN. SHOWED UP EARLY. DID A FANTASTIC JOB. THEY ARE NICE GUYS THAT DO A TERRIFIC JOB. VERY REASONABLY PRICED TOO!

It was fine. They did a good job. They were very nice people. We will probably use them again in the future. They were very nice and they tried to accommodate any requests we had. They were very professional. They said they would try to accommodate any requests that we had. There was one area that we were not pleased with and they came back quite promptly and cleaned with without charging. We were pleased with their service overall and the way they handled things.

The employees were friendly and professional. I felt the charges were competitive with other companies. I would use them again for other services. Very pleased with Burlew's!
