I really had little hope for this rug and was actually thinking of pitching it. Burlew's brought it to my home and I could not believe my eyes! There wasn't a trace of the urine/fecal stains anywhere! It was truly amazing. Bob Burlew and staff are magicians!

This rug was custom made for my living room over 10 years ago. I've had it cleaned by another service several times. Spots and soil would reappear over time, leading me to think it was never thoroughly cleaned, especially where there was a pet stain. The back of the rug had rings from the earlier cleanings. I was considering replacing it, but there is no wear and it is perfect for the room, so I decided to give it another try with a different service. Mr. Burlew, the owner himself, came to give me the estimate. He told me his business is family run, and he is very attentive to quality. He explained the cleaning process and told me the rug would be cleaned front and back. When the rug came back, it looked great . . . both sides! It has been down for a couple of months now, and I see no soil spots resurfacing. The price was better than the previous service, but more importantly, the rug is a beautiful focal point again.

They've always done an excellent job. I trust them and they always call back quickly. It's a smaller company so it's usually the same two guys that come out. I would refer them, as they were referred to me. Very nice guys and do excellent work. If you're not happy or still have smells, they are always ready to come back to retreat. Great guys.

I have had Burlew's before and they did an excellent job then; this time was no different. They cleaned by kitchen ceramic tile floor, including the grout - came out beautifully. I also had them clean some carpet. I like the fact that they charge by the square foot and not by the room, so I am able to ask them to clean just part of a room (for example, the dining room carpet right near the kitchen door is always in need of cleaning while the far end of this room remains spotless - no cleaning needed.)

We have used Burlew's numerous times in the past 4 years, and have always been happy with their work. The men who do the work are pleasant and professional, and the work has been great. This most recent time, however, was fantastic. Bob has new equipment on his truck, and the cleaning was phenomenal. I am so happy I found and continue to use Burlew's. Great job!

Bob Burlew and his crew stretched and cleaned our living room carpet just before we put our house on the market. They did an amazing job of making my carpet look like new. A few spots appeared the next morning, and Bob had said that this occasionally happens with the type of carpet I have. The carpet was cleaned for the first time on a Friday morning, then I called Bob on Saturday to ask if they could come out again to go over the spots that had appeared. He called me back right away and asked when I needed it to be done, having remembered that our house was going to be listed soon. He fit me in first thing Monday morning so that the carpet looked nice for the photos we were having taken that afternoon. I highly recommend using Burlew's - great results, great people, great price! We will definitely use them again!

These people are fabulous! They removed all cat urine smell and stain and performed a wonderful overall cleaning. They even removed some chemical solvent dried in one area that I had no expectation of them removing. Finally, they did minor edge repairs that I did not ask them to perform. All of these services were done for the originally quoted price. My only regret was that I took so long to write this review.

Giving Burlew's an "A" in all of the categories listed in this review was done without hesitation. The Burlew servicemen arrived promptly, with a smile on their face, ready to work! The servicemen displayed a high level of professionalism, including a very cooperative attitude. They repeatedly attacked the "toughest" areas until they were clean to our mutual satisfaction. When they had finished, the carpet (which is approximatly ten years old) looked great! We highly recommend Burlew's.

They arrived when promised and carefully moved the furniture in order to place the rugs. When we noticed that two of the rugs had to be switched, they happily made the change. We have used them several times in the past and will continue to do so in the future.

I delivered the rug. This gentleman seems to clean the rugs by hand -- laying them out and going over them. He was very helpful with helping me choose a pad to put under the rug.

We were considering replacing the carpet, but after they cleaned, there was no need! This is the second time we have used them and love their work.

Bob Burlew is very good at his job. He was able to clean all of the carpets in my house that needed it. He has helped me in the past with water problems that required restoration. He is a jack of all trades. He is wonderful with all of my carpet needs and I would highly recommend him.

The representative was very punctual in arriving at our home to pick up our 9 oriental rugs. The rugs were cleaned at their facility and were delivered to us in a very reasonable time. The representative was very pleasant and efficiently answered all of our questions about care of our rugs. He unwrapped the rugs and laid them down for us as well. The rugs look fantastic! They really do a thorough job of cleaning. We highly recommend Burlew's Carpet Cleaning and will definitely use them again. We will be calling them soon to clean our upholstery.

They did a great job. I cannot say enough about them. They repaired one of my carpets at no extra charge. They are the best I have ever had.

I found mold on my basement carpet. He came that day and placed a drying fan. He came the next week to repair and clean carpet. I also had him clean upstairs carpet and a couch and chair.

I had a great experience with Burlew's! Techs were professional, prompt, and informative. My rugs and furniture looked like new.
