Description of Work: They got a stain out of my new carpet that I had about given up on. They were polite, on time, done when they said they would be and are making me 2 mats to protect the area of carpet where we sit. The fee for this was nominal. They were referred by Simply Floors and I would recommend them to everyone.

Description of Work: Carpeting was first steam cleaned and then stretched in some areas. The work crew was efficient and knowledgeable. They did a great job. We will certainly use them again.

Description of Work: In 2007, we had a backed up French drain that flooded our basement with 4 inches of water during a heavy rain. Our insurance company recommended Burlew's Restoration and Carpet. Mr Burlew and I believe his son came shortly after we called. They quickly found the sewer drain that had been carpetrd over, removed unpacked boxes from our move,suctioned out the water, removed the rug and set up ample large dehumidifiers. They even managed to save 5 particle board book cases and a desk as well as several good pieces of furniture with their quick action and thorough care of our possessions. They even told me what to do about any temaining water marks on the furniture! I was impressed and would recommend them to anyone. I have not needed there services since, but would gladly call them again!

I have known the company for years and they have never let me down. The company and the people are trustworthy and give great service!! | |They came on time, set up, performed the work, were courteous, made recommendations and got in an out with as little disruption as possible. They came on one of the coldest days of the year and did an outstanding job for me.

Description of Work: Whole house was done and the crew was excellent! They did a thorough job and my carpets looked awesome when they were done. A week later and they look as good as they did right after the cleaning. I have had other carpet cleaners in the past and they looked good when they left, but dried looking not too good. Burlews cleaning lasts and I will use them for all my future cleanings.

Description of Work: I can't say enough about how wonderful my carpet turned out!! We have the original carpet from when we built our home 9 yrs ago. There was a long stain (black) and it is completely gone!! I was about to replace the carpet but had heard wonderful things about Burlew's, so I thought I would give them a try. Thank goodness I did....saved me a lot of money!! Also, would love to thank Torian and Jason personally for going above and beyond. They helped us move a piece of furniture that was upstairs, not even in a room they cleaned, that my husband and I alone could not!! I will never let anyone else touch my carpets or upholstery! Keep up the great work, you've got a customer for life!! Thnx :-)

Description of Work: I had a wool rug 8'x10' that had animal stains from 2 cats and a german shepard. They not only cleaned it like new but also the pile was fluffed. I had bed bugs at the time and they sprayed the rug before transporting and wrapped in plastic. I asked if they could keep the rug till the bed bug problm was resolved. They kept the rug and called back in 3 weeks to see if I was ready for a clean delivery. They were polite, professional, courteous and did a fantastic job. I will definitely use them in the future. Also, I had a small door rug that matched and was not charged extra for it. They also will provide new backing for the rug when placed if requested. Marvelous service and people.

Description of Work: Had the whole house carpet cleaned immediately after closing. They had complete unobstructed access to the home since it was totally vacant; no furniture, boxes or any thing was in there. There were some obvious stains in the carpet that they made no attempt to treat and remove. There were stains on the edges by the baseboards again no attempt was made to treat or make sure they were removed. It took two months for the bill to arrive I am still not sure why and when it did I was amazed at the price charged. I could have purcheased and had new carpet installed in my basement for the price it cost for a subpar cleaning. I would not reccommend this company to anyone in the future and I am truly surprised that the reviews have been what they are. Maybe I had a bad cleaning team I don't know but I will certainly try a different company in the future.

Description of Work: Bob stretched carpets in 4 rooms plus hallway upstairs and part of the basement. All carpets in the house were cleaned.

Description of Work: I had 4 area rugs cleaned. Two large orientals, one medium size oriental and one small. They picked up the rugs, cleaned both sides, and returned the rugs and put back in place. Many of the other companies I called who said they cleaned area rugs only cleaned the top not both sides.
