Description of Work: I called them to fix a spot that was leaking from a satellite dish that had left screw holes in it. They came out in advance and figured out which shingles would match the roof, were very professional and courteous, and came out the following week to repair it. They called when they were on the way to be sure I was home, and did a great job.. no more leak :)

Description of Work: Contacted via email for a roofing estimate for tear off and replacement of shingles. Received a prompt reply (within one hour of email) that we'd be contacted the next day for an appointment. That was all we ever heard from the company. Obviously we did not use them.

Description of Work: I purchased a special deal through Angies list for masonry repair. We had a number of places where the brick meets the foundation that the mortar was cracking. They came out to inspect the job, identified all places that needed repair, reviewed it with me, and sent someone out just a week later to do the patch work. Very prompt, thorough and courteous customer service.

Description of Work: Great company. Price was reasonable and arrival date was held off a day due to rain. The company called and explained the day before that rain may be delaying starting the job. I thought this was a very nice jester. The day the team arrived, they not only completed the house roof, they also worked till dark and completed the garage and shed. Description of Work: wanted a step elongated. Had the bricks. Got $99 purcase for 4 hrs work . Came on July 3rd, gave estimate and I had already purchase $99 for 4 hrs work but still cost $358. Description of Work: On a 2 story house, with the 1st floor having brick siding, they filled all the cracks ;pulled2 broken bricks and replaced them and filled all the cracks in the foundation. Note: the house is approx. 50 yrs old and has has some movement over the years. My next door neighbor[[e's much more knowledgeable about masonary work than I} watched them and said thet did a good job.

Description of Work: The crown on our chimney was deteriorated and needed work. Pat came promptly and performed a cost estimate, and explained the process and materials to be used. The serviceman called to inform us when he was on his way, and he arrived punctually. The work was performed quickly and with good craftsmanship. No mess was left behind. Overall, a very positive experience.

Description of Work: We received a unexpected discount because we found him on Angie's list. He repaired a small area on the roof that was allowing water to drain into the house. About half the cost came from him having to repair damage created by the previous roofer from another company who came the night before to put a tarp on the house adding another 20 unnecessary holes into the roof, so then he had to repair those too. I was impressed with his knowledge, his professionalism, his taking time to explain things, his and the office's quick responses with requests and photos. He also gave estimates on putting in more gutters and doing more roof work in the future. Of all the contractors who'd been in my house since October 2011, he was the ONLY professional to cover his shoes before he walked into my home. Now that's professionalism at it's best!
