Description of Work: They provided a free estimate for hail damage on my roof. They were on time, professional, and provided a realistic quote for fixing some issues not related to hail. Unlike storm-chaser roof "fixers", they did not recommend replacing my roof.

Description of Work: They gave me an estimate and scheduled the work but no one showed up at the appointed time, apparently they were having some personnel issues. But a manager stepped in right away and took over my project and got it done the next day. They even gave me a discount for the inconvenience.
