Description of Work: Straightened and supported a free-standing wall next to a porch. Covered and weather sealed 2 windows.

Description of Work: Bone Dry rebuilt the top of my chimney including a new chimney cap. They had to come out once before because it started leaking and they're scheduled to come out again tomorrow. I have to believe that kind of work should last more than 13 months.

Description of Work: Bone Dry fixed a lot of rotten wood for me on the outside of my home around/behind the gutters and replaced some of the gutters as well. They came on schedule and worked well into the evening to ensure the job was finished right before they left. They worked quickly, cleaned up well, went above and beyond to even fix a few items that needed it as long as they were there - the end result looks fantastic. I'll continue to call Bone Dry for all of my roofing/exterior needs.

Description of Work: Replacement of gutters, soffit and instalation of leaf protection. The first leaf protection did not work and I have to call them to replace it with another one. But I like their cooperation.

Description of Work: Replaced my roof. Good price, multiple inspections. There were a few issues getting some extra work I had them do to paint a dormer completed, but they were responsive and in the end I am happy with the results. Total price includes about $400 of extra work.

Description of Work: They replaced bricks and mortar that had cracked on one side of our house. They tried to match the brick as best they could, but it's still pretty noticeable where the repaired section is. The reason I gave them a B instead of an A is that it took longer than they had said it would take to schedule the work, and then there were a few days that I expected them to come and then they didn't.

Once they got on the roof to do the work, they realized that much more tuck pointing was needed. They did it without pause, and without extra charge. I am definitely calling them again for help with other masonry and roofing needs. With a new house, I have a few things I need help with, and I would totally trust Bone Dry Roofing for my projects.
