Description of Work: The sales rep I contacted did an excellent job with his initial visit. He checked out the roof and showed us several photos of the condition(of the roof (which I already knew) and gave us a detailed presentation on the company, the products used and the choices offered. |The installation crew arrived early on the day scheduled and did a very professional job of installing the roofing and keeping then area cleaned up and protecting the doors and windows protected while stripping the old roofing. The job was completed and the area around the house cleaned up by late afternoon. The cleanup crew actually did more than just cleaning up debris from the roofing job and left the place looking better than when they started. |I am well satisfied with this company and the job they did.

Description of Work: Requested and got a team onsite to evaluate a complex leak problem. After a thorough investigation, a multi-layered plan was documented to permanently correct the problem. The company understood that the fix had to be right. A number of significant pending repairs for existing water damage depend on the work Bone Dry has done. The company has come out to inspect the work after recent storms to verify that the repairs are holding up. We are happy customers.

Description of Work: Originally contracted both their roofing division and their "interiors" divisions. We had some ice problems in the spring that created some leaks in the garage. We also contracted them to repair some drywall in the garage that was damaged as a result of the leaks. | |The roofing team seems to have done a good job with the exception that they fixed the ice problem that was in one place, but a few weeks later have a leak that wasn't fixed and damaged the interior work that they completed. | |The first subcontractor that they used was abysmal. The team put up drywall and spackled and then was painting 30 minutes after the spackling was up. At least at the time with the humidity that was in the air, even 20 minute spackle doesn't cure in 20 minutes. | |After that, they sent a manager in to complete the work and the first two times that he was here, he did a pretty decent job. The main problem was communication with this manager. He would say, "I'm coming out first thing on Monday" and then I would text his number at 10:30 that day and he would reply with "I'm sorry, I had an emergency. I can be there in the afternoon." That happened multiple times. We finally terminated the contract because we couldn't nail down a time and the bridges had already been burned. | |To Bone Dry's credit, the area manager agreed to give me a credit on the job for the uncompleted work without any argument about the discount. He also would have completed the work with another team, but the time horizon was too far out for us to have the job completed. So, what could have been a totally bad experience was tempered by a manager who took responsibility for the issue and offered a way to remedy it. That is to be commended. | |Overall, I would not use Bone Dry Roofing or Interior/Exterior because they didn't go the extra mile on the Roof to make sure that there were no more leaks and with the interior because they have some quality issues. I am surprised that I received the quality of work that I did given the reviews that are on Angie's List.

Description of Work: We had Bone Dry do a complete roof replacement, skylight replacement, attic ventilation system, and insulation upgrade. The roof and skylight were part of hail storm damage replacement and the rest was our decision after talking to their two reps. We did not want to deal with 'storm chasers' who showed up in our neighborhood. Bone Dry was a top rated company on Angie's List and was the most responsive. Pat showed up on time and gave a very thorough estimate. He even came by on Saturday morning to show more samples and walk us through the project. They quoted the highest quality materials and best workmanship for the price. Scott and his crew showed up at 7:45am (after a one day rain delay)and worked straight through to 5:00pm. I have to admit I was impressed. Not one nail found in the yard and all our plants and yard art items (we have a lot) were protected. I had to check the attic because our TV cable booster was accidently knocked out of its power outlet during the job. I was not happy with how my new bathroom vent connections were made and it looked like more insulation was needed in a few areas to achieve the full R-49 that was promised. I contacted Bone Dry and they were out two days later to change and reconnect the exhaust fans and blow more insulation into the attic - no questions asked.

Description of Work: Bone Dry installed new gutters with gutter guards and replaced the fascia board as needed. They removed and disposed of the old gutters and were very fast and efficient in all the work they did. They explained what was done and gave me the chance to look things over before they left. I would definitely use Bone Dry again.

Description of Work: They replaced a 30 year sky light in our family room. I had difficulty finding roofers who wanted to do this. Additionally, it was was a very cold November. On the day they arrived to do the work there was snow on the roof. (I was surprised they came out). We are very happy with the sky light they provided and the installation. No leaks.

Description of Work: They were contacted to fix an issue on my roof to address a leak. This is the second time I have used them to work on issues with my roof. This last visit I only met with the gentleman doing the estimate and I felt he was very professional, I was not home for the actual repair but I feel they addressed the issue. We have had a lot of snow and rain since the repair and I have seen no signs of a leak.
