It was good. The first week was cancelled because it rained. They were pretty honest and straightforward. Responsiveness was pretty good.

very good. I think they did a little more than what they quoted. They even had someone come out the next day to check over the work.

Generally, we were happy with the inspector/sales rep as well as the laborer. Unfortunately a couple days after repairs were done, we had water coming in during a storm. The water came in right where the skylight was replaced. I called the sales rep who was dismissive, stating that happens a lot during bad storms. I could tell he was very busy, probably at another site. So I sent an email, and he was very responsive to that. The problem was fixed quickly and without additional cost to us. Our insurance company only covered a fraction of the cost though. One might think of course, it's the insurance company! But, they were able to provide us actual quotes for the same work done by other companies, and it became pretty clear that Bone Dry does charge high in comparison. With that said, the work was quality work. I would consider using them again, but next time will make more of an effort to receive multiple quotes before committing.

We called Bone Dry to have them come out to do an estimate to replace a roof on a home we are purchasing. During the home inspection it was identified that a full roof replacement was necessary. We called several companies to get estimates so we could work with the seller. Bone Dry was very responsive and scheduled time to come out to take a look at the roof. The sales specialist arrived on-time and was very courteous to my wife who was there to meet him. She actually said she was more impressed with Bone Dry than with other companies she had met with. The specialist said he should have an estimate by the end of the day which was perfect because we were on a time crunch to get back to the seller. This is where it seemed to all go wrong. We didn't get an estimate at the end of the day. Or the next day. On the third day I sent an email to the specialist asking for an update. No response. A couple days later I called the office and told them I had not received a quote yet. They transferred me to the specialist and I had to leave a voicemail. Again, no response. It is now been over a week and a half without any quote or even response to my inquiries. I am not sure what happened but we had really high hopes that working with Bone Dry would be a great experience.

Bone Dry set up the appointment and John came on time and appeared to be very professional. That's where it all ended. A week later I had not received a proposal. I called Bone Dry and told them I had not heard from John. They promised to have him call. Three days later, no call. I called Bone Dry and, again, told them I had not received my proposal. Again, they promised to have John call. Two days later, no call. I called again and this time they promised to have the supervisor call. Once again, no call. Finally, I called and ask them if they were still in business. They assured me they were. I told them I was going to write a bad review on Angie's List and their customer service person simply said "Okay!" So, here's the bad review. Don't bother calling them. There are so many other roofers ready, willing and able to do the work.

They were on time, concise on what needed to be done, no hidden costs, friendly, punctual, professional, and had a commitment to excellent.

They came out found problem return with in a week removed shingles and tin. placed barrier blanket, installed valley and new shingles. Same brand as old. Looks very good!

They arrived at 8am and completed the job by noon. 0700am I received a call from Cody supervisor informing me of an arrival time of 8am. At 8am, workers arrived and immediate went to work, Cody knocks at my door introduce himself walked me around explaining what is happing. People were working it was fantastic!

They were on time for all appointments. They installed roof in about 6 hours with a crew of 15. They cleaned up all debris. New roof looks great!

A quote was provided after a through inspection. Quote was higher than other contractors but reviews were positive from other customers so signed a contract. Schedule date was reasonable and crew was arrived on time. Completed in one day with excellent cleanup. Decided to examine ridge vent install and found install incorrect. Reported and inspection of my documentation lead to corrective action. Follow up was two weeks so called again. Crew boss and repair man arrived in a week. Only 50%, according to crew boss, was required for correction. Surprised by the shoddy work but was advised by the crew boss that repairs for future problems is always covered...

It didn't. Sales representative promised to send a revised estimate and did not. I called rep to follow up and rep said he would get it to me by end of day. He did not. No calls, no emails, no follow up regarding status or what the delay has been. Very disappointing since they have done roofing and chimney work for me in the past. I expect the job is too small. Unfortunate. I will not be using this provider again and will recommend the same to others as well.

Once Bone Dry committed to doing the work, it went well. They acted as if the jobs were too small for them. Note--they installed my roof and previously cleaned/sealed the chimney.

I originally got 4 estimates from area companies 2 were Certain Teed installers and 2 were Owens Corning Platinum Preferred . I was surprised when one company just mailed and emailed me a estimate without ever speaking to me. I found it a strange way to run a business without engaging with your potential customer. The 3 other contractors set appointments with me to evaluate my roofing needs and discuss their approach. I had John Strobl come out from the company and he was very patient with answering all my questions and listened about my concern about the chronic short life of the power vent fan used in the large hip section of our roof John's presentation was very detailed and he showed concern about my challenges with the short life span of my power vent. I had one contractor say that it was wind damage and that I should file a claim with my insurance company on my 21 year old roof. My insurance company sent out an adjustor promptly and spent 30 minutes on the roof and took a lot of pictures and reviewed them with me and stated that their was very little damage and it just aging. The 3 other roofing companies didn't say there was any wind damage. Bone Dry was chosen ,scheduled and they arrived on time and even called to say they were on their way. Cody and his crew of 13 guys showed up on this very hot and humid day ready to work. I was amazed to watch them work with such efficiency and thoroughness. I had some questions that I need to be addressed and Cody was very responsive to my inquires. I also had John the salesperson showed up to check on the job and the area manger Jason check on the progress and introduce himself. The cleanup of all the nails and waste was very through and complete. I can't even tell that they were there except for my new roofing system. The interesting part is that all the the bids came in almost at the same price when comparing apples to apples. I now see why this company is been the number 1 roofing contractor on Angie's List in the region and is the 5th best contractor for Owens Coring in the country. I look forward to my roof lasting for next 30 years. I would put Bone Dry on my short list of contractors to call for your new roof.

Bone dry was extremely professional and punctual. They completed the repair quickly and cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend them, and would definitely use them again for any roofing needs.

They were slow to schedule the job and took a day or two longer than promised to get started but once they were here they did a good job. They were only contracted to tuck point around the lintels but I can see many additional tuck points randomly applied all over the house which is a very nice of them to do. Value added.

Craig and his team did a great job fixing the spalling on our chimney and Sean was awesome with communication throughout the process especially due to the many delays with the bad weather. I would use Bone Dry again in a minute for masonry work.

Stephen K called to verify the appointment a few hours before hand and he arrived a few minutes early. He went onto the roof and then brought his large ladder inside the house to enter the very difficult to access attic. He took pictures and told me what he found both outside and inside. Not even the inspector could get into the attic because of the difficult to enter entryway. Stephen later sent an email with the pictures explaining his findings. I used Bone Dry for a roofing and chimney fix at my last home in Madeira, and I recommend them without hesitation. If there are any problems they will make it right.

We had inquired of them about another property of which their honest professional adviser saved us thousands of dollars. We knew we could count on them to give us the same honest workmanship again and they did.
