They did an amazing job! They came out about a month prior and did an evaluation. They were right on the money. They were very nice to deal with and very friendly. I didn't have to go back and forth on a price. What they said they would do they did and they did it well. From the time they came out and did the evaluation to the time they actually did the roof, I changed several things like the color of the tile and the color of the shingle. The woman in the office was very helpful, she didn't make me feel like I was inconveniencing her. I would absolutely hire them again.

Initially I was not very happy because as I paid the bill with a credit card over the phone they were finishing up with the clean up. I expected when they were finished that the supervisor would walk me around to inspect the job etc. However, about 20 minutes after completing the phone bill payment, I looked out to see the trucks pulling away. When I went outside to look around, I found that the gutters and some flashing had not been replaced. I later found out that that would be done at a different time by a different crew, but I didn't realize it then. The crew left extra shingles for me, which was good, however, they were too heavy for me to move into the garage by myself. I had parked my car in the street and after I ran some errands and arrived back home, a neighbor stopped me from pulling into the driveway showing me several large nails that he had found at the end of it. I had seen the workers intensely scouring the yard for nails earlier, and both my neighbor and I believe the nails fell off one of the trucks as it bumped into the street. So, as I said, initially I was not very happy. That being said, however, once I called the office I received several return calls, all very polite and concerned that the job be completed to my satisfaction, which it was. I am VERY impressed with the follow-up. The two ladies I talked to in the office were kind and efficient. There had been a misunderstanding about the flashing, but someone came out and looked at it and even found another small bare area I hadn't been aware of. Then when the gutter crew came, they took care of the flashing, were polite, and also moved the shingles inside the garage for me. What began as a negative experience turned into a positive one.

I was pleased with the entire process with Bone Dry as this is something that one only does a couple times in their life. Can be confusing but they were very good at explaining what to expect and all the steps involved. I also like the positive reviews on Angie's Site and the Better Business Bureau. They had a 10man crew doing the work starting at 8:00 a.m. and finished at 3:00p.m. They covered all plants and picked up all lose scraps, nails etc when finished. Mike, supervisor, also went out of his way to make sure that he answered any and all questions that I had. It was a very positive experience.

This whole area is overwhelmed with wind damage so it took a while to get a hold of them. They had decent service. The quality of their work was good. I felt that their price was reasonable.

I wasn't satisfied with them. They told me they would do the job, the time had come and past, two weeks later they still hadn't done the job. They seemed to rush when they were out there. There was a hole in the ceiling where I could see daylight through that hole. They made promises to me they didn't fulfill. When they came out to make the repairs they said it would cost more money. They didn't give me the Angie's List discount until I asked for it.

Very well. Actual bill equaled the estimate. Crew was timely and work was performed professionally. Dispatcher kept me informed as to when crew would arrive, and when they would complete work. The job was completed in a single day (11 person crew). They cleaned up extraordinarily well, sweeping the yard with magnets multiple times. The broom swept all walkways and decking multiple times. According to my wife, "They left the place cleaner than when they started."

Working with Bone Dry was a true pleasure! After my insurance claim was approved, I decided to solicit several estimates from roofers pretty much blindly selected from the yellow pages and several companies as recommended on Angies List. The scheduling and quality of estimates received made it easy to differentiate between the professionals and those taking advantage of regional circumstances. Of the three estimates that I considered, Bone Dry's was the most economical and shortest lead time to start. Bill Harris from Bone Dry went above-and-beyond in explaining his estimate, educating me on the replacement process, and working with my insurance adjuster to reconcile small differences in estimates. The actual work was first brought in two weeks due to the needs of another customer and then started a day earlier than expected to beat weather forecasts (much to my delight!). Jim Keefer supervised the start of the job and dedicated what I believed to be his "A" team to my job. The crew was very professional and polite, and worked very earnestly to finish in under two days and when all was said and done, and despite the tremendous volume of debris created throughout the job, there was hardly a sign that they were there outside the new roof left behind. I found exactly one nail well outside the perimeter of the working area...truly unbelievable! I would recommend you consider Bone Dry in your decision-making process...I can not imagine you will not be ultimately impressed with the outcome.

I chose several roofing companies on Angie's list then sent an email to each company requesting a quote. Bone Dry was the first to respond and submitted a complete detailed quote along with great reference materials - extremely professional package. They were not the most expensive, but not the cheapest. The rep came out and gave a full explanation of the quote and was extremely knowledgable about roofing. Once we agreed, they called the next day to schedule the job. The installation went smoothly and quickly. They came after I left for work and were gone by the time I came home. The supervisor called several times during the process to keep me posted of progress. They cleaned up so well that I would not have known they were there except I had a new roof. The roof looks great and they have followed up several times with phone calls to make sure things are OK (even after they were paid). I had a question on the ridge vent and they sent someone out within a couple of hours to check it out. They had opportunities to charge extra fror replaced plywood, etc., and they didn't. The bill was exactly what they said it would be. BTW, also comes with a 15 year worksmanship warranty. All the people and laborers I have met with Bone Dry are well mannered and professional. I wasn't concerned at all about having them around.

He was very good and fast. There was snow on the ground when I called him, and he said that he'll do the work as soon as he can. I thought that he'd wait till the weather got better. When he sent me his bill, I thought to myself that I will not pay him till he does the work. I was indoors most of the time, and I went out after a couple of weeks when the weather had gotten better. I realized that he had already done the work. He didn't get upset about not getting paid even a couple of weeks after the job was done. They didn't even come and knock on the door. I would use him in a minute if I had to use his services again. His price was very good too. I had got an estimate from another provider that was $150 more than the estimate I got from Bone Dry.

It was a great experience. They had a coupon from Angie's List and we got $100 off. They were efficent and nice, taking their time to give us their options. They then came out to do the work and covered our landscape to make sure there was no damage. They were able to get the roof on in a few hours. They did come back the next day to finish around the chimney and went through with the metal detector to make sure that there were no nails. We didn't have to pay for this work as our insurance company took care of it.

Bone Dry Roofing was very nice to work with. They helped me pick the color of the shingles and figure everything out. They did a great job of cleaning up after themselves.

Bone Dry Roofing gave me two different quotes, one was the price to repair it and one was the price to replace it. They explained to me exactly what they were going to do and why they were going to do it. They were very punctual and they were always on time. They picked up after themselves and I never had any problems with them.

Contacted Bone Dry for an estimate after a recent windstorm tore off approximately 1/3 of my roof's shingles. Immediately after the storm, my insurance company arranged for another restoration company to come and tarp up the roof to prevent any water damage. We had numerous problems with the tarp that required patching and eventually it blew off in a subsequent thunderstorm. Around this time, we had decided to go with Bone Dry for the replacement. When the other company wouldn't come back to fix the tarp because they didn't get the replacement job, I called Bone Dry and they sent someone out the following day. We had no further problems with with the new tarp after that. Bone Dry called the morning before they were scheduled to arrive for the job and asked if they could come a day early to replace the roof. I said no problem as long as they could get the job done before that evening as rain was for later that night. They arrived after lunch with a crew of 15 men and completed the entire job in 5 hours. The crew was fast, very attentive to detail, protected landscaping and deck with tarps and used plywood to shield windows. They also did a very thorough clean up. We were very happy with their work.

Excellent job. We had wind damage from '08. These guys paid attention to our needs unlike many other roofers I called. They came out the same day I called and put down a tarp when I saw some water on our ceiling in two rooms. We were a two months out for our job, but willing to wait because of the customer service they gave us. They dropped off shingles a day or two ahead of appointment. Covered landscaping. There must have been 5 or 6 Mexican workers doing the job. And a women arrived a half hour later. Don't know if she did any of the work or not. One worker seemed to manage the others. I closed all the blinds, but watched what they were doing occasionally. They were very fast and cleaned up well. They finished by early afternoon. Only two things bothered me: (1) I had never been home for roof work. There was very very loud hammering and the noise got a little scary. After they arrived early starting around 7:45 am, by 11 am I was in desperate in need of a nap, but couldn't find a quite place to land. Someone called and said it sounded like they were in the same room hammering. (2) After talking to the supervisor and explaining a need to remove old shingles from my garage and screened in porch, I showed the workers where in the garage the old shingles were located and walked around my property when the job was finished. I asked them to go back and clean up on our aluminum roof overhang to our back porch because I saw a lot of scrapes. They did, but walked on the rook, which I found out later there was damage. The supervisor gave me the paperwork/receipt and explained the warranty. Plywood was put down to cover the holes from removal of the turbine and vents. We did have to pay an additional amount of $70 for 2 extra sheets of plywood for the roof over the garage. The supervisor explained that we were getting water in from the corner of the top of our two story and it rotted the wood underlay, but it was fixed and caulked at the siding and we had a warranty. A sign was posted in our yard and they left. I did not like the way the workers had looked at me and talked about me to each other (I'm female). I know a little Spanish. Then a day later we received a doorbell ring at night around 10:15PM and no one was there. We turned on all the lights around our home but found no one. Coincidental?

They showed up when they said they would, and they finished the job in a day. I am completely satisfied with the job.

It went well. They arrived early the day of the job. They covered all of the windows, deck, and plants. They were done before I got home from work in the evening.

They are very professional. We went with them because their workmanship exceeded the competition. The estimate they gave us was the amount that we paid. They did a very good job cleaning up.

I had storm damage from Ike. I got several estamates and they were all about the same range. I chose Bone Dry due to "A" rating on the list. Bone Dry comunicated well with me about what to expect and kept to their word from start to finish. I was very impressed with the size of the crew they sent to my small home. There were at least 9 guys. They worked very proffesionally and thoughly but because the crew was so large they had the job done in about 6 hours on one day. They hand nailed everything (which shingle companies say is the best way to do it). Other companies use nail guns that can damage shingles. They also have matched the shingle warranty with their own labor warranty and have offered to do free inspections every five years for the 30 year durration on the warranty. After watching some other companies do my neighbors roofs I am so happy I chose Bone Dry.

This company was very professional and came on time. They did what they said they would do. They were great. They were careful of the shrubs and grass around the house.

We couldn't be happier. After the hurricane damaged our roof, we called several companies in the area that we had worked with before. While we received an estimate from one, we could not even get a hold of the other one. The one estimate we did receive was incredibly high. I suspect they were price gouging due to the rampant storm damage. Anyway, I then called Bone Dry after searching on Angie's List for an alternative. They came right out and provided an estimate that was much lower. Since I had not had work done by them before, I researched them well, and confirmed their product and workmanship guarantees as well as their insurance and licensing. All checked out OK and I hired them. The crew was out last week and worked non-stop to get the job done in one day; they were all professional and well-mannered. The clean up was amazing. I am so glad that I did not just go ahead and pay the other company. I got great service and product from Bone Dry for 20% less!

They did a good job and it only took a couple hours to complete. They cleaned up after themselves and the price was what our insurance deductible was so they got the whole thing.

There was nothing negative. They did a fine job and cleaned up after themselves when they left. Also, they didn't drag the job out, they brought the man power to do the job. They gave me the lowest price of anyone else. I didn't leave any doors unlocked or anything, they brought about 15 Mexicans, so I'm not very thrilled about that but they did the job. I would use them again in the future.

I saw them over at my neighbor's house giving them an estimate and they came over and gave me an estimate the same day. I called them and they were very busy at the time because of the storm, but they told me that up front. They came 2 weeks later to do the job. They got it done in 2 hours even though they thought it would take four. As far as I know the work went well.
