I was very happy with the finished product. The chimney repairs went very well. They were a very friendly and helpful company. They were not as clean as I had hoped they would be with the way they cleaned up the job they did on the roof.

I was very pleased with my estimate, it was done in a timely manner and it was very thorough. They did a thorough inspection of entire roof, not just the area that was leaking. They answered all my questions. I did have some trouble getting the work scheduled. They didn't respond very quickly. Once I got past the scheduling hassles, though the work was done very quickly and and I was very pleased with it.

They are outstanding. They are meticulous in their work. Everything is wonderful. They were prompt and on time to meet with my husband regarding giving us a quote. The quote was very well explained. They were here for about an hour and a half just sitting and talking with my husband. They brought out tremendous amounts of samples. There was no pressure whatsoever. They got up and really surveyed the roof. My husband was very impressed. We put all the bids in front of us. It was hard because there were some nice people that did come over. In the end we decided to give them the job. The follow through was incredible. They came and they showed up on time. They worked and they said it would take one day and it was exactly what it took. There was not one piece of material anywhere around my home. They went around with a magnet and picked up roofing nails. They were in and out of my bushes. I have a very large landscaped yard. They were impeccable. There was not one thing disturbed. They just were a wonderful company.

I am extremely pleased with both the outcome of this job and the experience dealing with Bone Dry Masonry. Christian, the General Manager, was very helpful in deciding what needed to be done, selecting the replacement brick, answering my numerous questions, and scheduling the day and a half job. Dave, the Production Manager, who was here on-site for the entire job with his crew of three, was very easy to work with and endured my numerous interruptions and questions. They replaced more brick in the field area than was contracted. The hard-working crew stayed late the first night to ensure that the crown was poured and would be ready the next day. The results are exceptional, particularly compared to work that several neighbors had done on their chimneys. Several have come by to look at the work, and most have remarked that it was done so well that they cannot tell where the old and the new combine. The crew, especially the lead mason, are very careful and skilled at what they do, showing that they take pride in their work, and it shows. Definitely ranks at the top for my experiences with contractors.

Everything went as planned. They completed the work on time and in the estimate provided. Jim showed up for the estimate when he said he would and he came out a second time to meet with my insurance agent to explain what he found. All of the work was covered by insurance.

We had several companies (also found through Angie's list) come out to give us estimates. Bone Dry was right in the middle of all the prices. After tons of research it was suggested that the best way to go was the company in the middle. Once we were ready to have the roof done Bone Dry was easy to work with. It only took 2-3 weeks to get it replaced. They showed up a little late but made up for it in droves. They were here at 8 am and were finished by 12:30. I was amazed how quickly they worked and how well the roofers worked together. The project manager Mike was also fantastic and answered all of our questions and spent time explaining what was happening. When the roof was completed they went around and cleaned up our yard, found any lost nails with a large magnet, and even took some yard trash we were planning to put out with our garbage. The next day I noticed a hump over the garage and called to ask about it. They came out the same day to take care of it!

The quote and inspection took place quickly and the price was what we had ballparked it to be. We waited about a month after the quote to put ourselves on the schedule and they had an opening quickly in their schedule. The job supervisor called ahead and communicated well on the job site. The crew worked quickly and efficiently to remove existing shingles, finding some bad OSB that needed replaced. Shingle installation went very quickly. The gutter installation was done by a subcontractor. They didn't call ahead and I just happened to be here when they showed up a day after the roofers. Fortunately I was there as they had different ideas than I did about where the downspouts should route. They also left some minor material on the roof after their cleanup. However... I was talking to them a lot and probably distracted them. They gave me some great tips and ideas about how to handle the poor ground tile the previous owner had used. Their ideas worked well and handled the water much better than the existing system! A couple of weeks after the roof installation, there was a very large storm that came through. Coincidentally, a water spot showed up on in the kitchen ceiling at the same time. We stopped our kitchen renovation and called Bone Dry. There was some confusion about an appointment to look at it, but a week or so later we talked again and got their appointment straightened out. They spent a great deal of time in the attic on one of the hottest days this summer checking for a leak and also spraying the roof with water. It became apparent that the water spot was either caused by an old stain bleeding through a bad paint job or the "leavings" from a raccoon we had previously removed from the attic. The guys went above and beyond to help us get to the root of the issue, even though it wasn't coming from their roof job.

We had a very positive experience with Bone Dry Roofing, Cincinnati. The rep from the company inspected the roof and was able to give us a complete estimate on the spot. He was not pushy and answered all of our questions. We got a total of three estimates, and Bone Dry was reasonably priced. They were the only company that said they could do the job in one day, and they were scheduling two weeks out and not five to six. When the day arrived, they showed up bright and early at about 8:15 with a crew of about 10. These gentlemen worked continuously until about 2:30 in the afternoon, and my roof was done. The final cost was exactly as it was on the estimate. They also did an excellent job cleaning up. It is wonderful to deal with a company who will do what they say they will do when they say they will do it for the price they state that they?ll do it for.

Bone Dry Roofing provided the best estimate of three, were the only ones able to bring a crew large enough to complete the job in one day. They arrived on time, worked professionally and diligently. They were carefully respectful of all of our plantings. Their work was thorough and careful, including maintaining our gutter toppers. Everything was meticulously finished and cleaned up by mid-afternoon.

The gave me an estimate on Tuesday and started the following Tuesday. They were finished in 2 days. Very pleased, overall. Had a few minor issues that were very quickly resolved.

We've had bad experience in the past with roofers, so we were very careful to pick the best for our new roof on our new home. With Bone Dry, we definitely feel like we got the best. They were extremely professional, punctual, and amazingly fast. They showed up at 8 AM and by 2 PM were completely done with our shingle tear off, installation of new shingles, sealing the chimney and installation of a powered attic fan. The roof looke AWESOME and their team was a pleasure to work with. We quite simply will never use any OTHER roof company again, and when anyone asks us we will absolutely refer them to Bone Dry. Stay away from the un-incorporated, un-professional roofers out there and use a company like Bone Dry, because your roof after all protects your whole house and it's worth it to get the best.

They worked more quickly than I expected. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. They were prompt and efficient. They followed up the next day. They gave me a 5% senior discount for paying by check. I needed to ask about the discount. They may not honor the discount if you pay via credit card.

We lost quite a few shingles from the hurricane in 2008 and got them repaired without approaching the insurance company since it was under the deductible. The following year we lost some more in a different area of the roof and repaired it once again. When we noticed that we were continuing to lose shingles whenever there were strong winds, we filed a claim with the insurance company to have it looked at and replaced entirely. The insurance company's adjuster declined the claim reporting lack of wind damage requiring entire roof replacement. We were approached by several roofers who claimed that they would resolve it for us and get the entire roof replaced by the insurance company but nothing happened. We contacted Bone Dry Roofing after reading their reviews here and were really happy with the results. Jim from Bone Dry explained how important it is to contact the Insurance company first before having even a small repair done, to avoid complications with claims later. He gave us different estimates and we decided the one we felt was most suited to protect our roof. They have a very professional approach to their work and they completed it in time. I would recommend them to friends and family.

It took 4 visits before the job was fully and properly completed. The gutters were cleaned after the first visit, but they still leaked heavily at most mitres during a rain 2 days later. We called, and they assured us they'd take care of it...they returned, and spent about 90 minutes on the roof, and while the gutters didn't leak as bad, they still leaked in several spots. So we called them again, and they returned a 3rd time. This time they actually removed the old seals (which is what we'd originally been told was necessary to do the job) and re-sealed the gutters...what a HUGE difference that made. Most of the mitres were actually leak- free after this, with just a couple small leaks remaining. The biggest disappointment this time: the old seals they removed were just thrown into our yard and left for us to clean up...along with one of the workers' cigarette butts. It just added insult to injury. We picked up the debris and called about the mess and the remaining leaks. My husband spoke with Jim, who provided our original quote, and asked if someone diffrerent from the prior workers could return to finish up the job right. Jim said he was interested in seeing the debris we picked up to see if in-fact it was the original seals that should have been removed the first time the job was done, so he agreed to come on Friday when the final repairs were being made to look at the debris and have a look at the finished product to see if it looked like it was done right. My husband waited at home all day Friday to meet with Jim, but he did not show up. The same guy who'd done the previous 3 attempts at fixing the gutters showed up, and he did apologize for leaving the mess in the yard. My husband called Jim to see when he was coming, and he said he was too busy to come by.

I was very impressed with the gentleman that came out. I could tell he was experienced. They were higher in cost but were willing to work with me. One thing he was going to do that no one else was to put in soffit vents.

It was great, they do seem a bit expensive but we know they guarantee their work.

After measuring the gutter's, he explained the estimate, and provided lots of useful information in regards to gutter guard options, insulation, and measures to prevent ice damming. He was very knowledgeable, and I would not hesitate to enlist Bone Dry's services on future projects.

Jim quoted job and explained work to be performed. References were included in paperwork with quote. Mike and crew removed 2 layers of shingles, replaced plywood and laid new roof in 7 hours. They put tarps all around the house. Cleaned up afterwards. Dimensional shingles with the snow & ice guard. The roof looks great. Great job by Bone Dry Roofing.

They did a wonderful job. They were so efficient and so nice. They did not charge anything for the repair. Every single time I have dealt with them they are always very friendly and cooperative. I am completely impressed with their responsiveness and customer service. I have recommended them to others.

I first contacted Bone Dry Roofing in August, 2009. They were one of 4 or 5 roofing bids I received. Jim Keffer supplied me with one of the lower estimates, but we still felt we couldn't afford to install a new roof last fall. This spring, I contacted Jim again. He told me the price on the original estimate was still accurate, and he revisited our house to go over the contract with us. At our request, he also brought out shingle samples to aid in our color choice. In addition to that, Connie & he supplied, via e-mail, addresses of houses they had done in our area with the shingles we were considering. This was very helpful. We made our choice, and scheduled a date with Connie. The installation date came, and the crew arrived with their gem of a foreman, Mike Bova. Mike was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and accommodating. He solicited our questions and concerns several times to make sure we understood what was happening, and to make sure we were comfortable and satisfied with everything. He and his crew did a very good job in cleaning-up around the house when they were finished, which was one of my concerns. He also respected our house & property, and took care to protect plantings, etc. They finished the job in 11 hours, and I was happy not to have our routine disrupted for more than a day. In fact, considering what was being done, the disruption was minimal. I'm glad we selected Bone Dry Roofing.
