Everything went great. They were very helpful and friendly. I would use this company again.

The office personnel were really good to work with. At the time, they were getting plenty of business. It wasn't the best deal in town or anything like that. They were fine and professional. I didn't have complaints, though they did leave some trash on my lawn. Other than that, they were fine. I would recommend them. They get the work done quickly. They have plenty of employees to work on the project.

The crew showed up on the appointed time and begain the prep work. Covered all the plants that could be damaged and ply wooded over the windows were the heavy materials would be tossed. They were careful with my Garden that set off the house and I had no damage to it. The house was completed in 1 day, started at 8AM and was done by 6PM. Shane Rider, the onsite crew leader for Bone Dry, was very helpful and answered all my questions. My only problem with the crew was that none of them spoke English and if Shane wasn't there, I had to call him on his cell. One of the crew fell thru my celling while removing the old plywood decking, which created a mess. The crew notified Shane and he called me right away and appologized for what happen. Shane scheduled Bone Dry's repair department to fix my ceiling that next Tuesday. The ceiling was repaired in 1 day to my satisfaction. The other incident was that while they were flashing my chimney they cut my TV cable up on the roof. I didn't find this out until we sat down to watch TV that nite and I had no Signal. Went outside and found the cable cut in half. Luckly I do this type of work and ran new cable. I called Shane and he had no idea this had happened. I told him I fixed it and wanted reinbursed for the cable I used. Bone Dry did reinburse me for the cable, witch is all I asked for. The other problem is I contacted the home office of Bone Dry in Indy by Email with my concerns and never did receive a reply back. I thought being family owned they would be a little more concerned about their customers. Although I gave them a B, the roof looks great and has went thru 4 major stormes with no problems. The cleanup around the house was OK. The guy that was doing it didn't seem to happy about picking up trash. They ran the mag pickup around and seem to get the majority of the loose nails, I still did find some. Things happen during construction, I'm not blaming anyone but, a little more caution could have been exersised. I do want ot make a comment on Shane Rider. Any problems or concernes I've had he has handled in a professional and timely manner. Thanks

I had a water leak around a ceiling air vent in a bathroom. Mike answered my emergency message immediately (on a late Friday evening in the middle of a terrible rain/thunderstorm). He showed up quickly, confirmed that the problem is with one of the roof plumbing vents, and did the work on the spot. He is very nice and professional.

I liked everything about them. They were nice on the phone and they came when they said they would. Everyone I dealt with was very nice. They did an excellent job. They cleaned up everything and they did everything they said they would in a timely manner. If found them through Angie?s List.

It went extremely smoothly. They arrived when they said they would, swarmed over the house like bees, tore off the old shingles, installed the new ones, and cleaned up the job site before the end of the work day. I was amazed. The yard and areas around the house were very clean when they finished. I only found 3 small nails over the next few days. Overall, they seemed to protect the vegetation well. There are a couple of small spots of grass which are dead, and a portion of one shrub appears to be a little brown (may or may not be associated with the roofing job). Overall, I think they did a great job. Their quote was lower than most.

Overall the experience was positive. In the heavy rains of this spring I experienced no problems. The quality of the work was good, the estimator was knowledgeable. I do have one small gripe, though. They brought a non-English speaking crew to do the job. When I attempted to speak with them, they denied any knowldege of English. I was not able to tell them what I wanted or any small things they were doing that displeased me. The foreman was english speaking and responsive, but he was only intermittently on the job. The workers damaged plants, none valuable, and would not acknowledge that they had damaged them. The communication issue was frustrating; if you are going to leave workers alone someone on the crew ought to be able to communicayte with the homeowner. Let me repeat, the roof is a good roof -- it was the frustrations of the day that bothered me.

Bone Dry has completed two jobs on my roof. The first time I called them, approximately a year ago, there was a leak in a dormer after we had the house re-sided. Bone Dry came out and examined it, and had two people come out to do the repair a week later. After about a month (it did not rain for a long time), we noticed that the dormer was still leaking. We called Bone Dry about the problem, and they were out the next day. This time, the inspector took a very long look at the problem--and noticed that when the siding was redone, the siding company had actually bumped out the gutter so that it was not actually catching any runoff, instead it was running straight down the wall. The latter would not have been that much of a problem except that there was also a problem with the flashing. I was a little disappointed that I had to pay for another repair on the same leak, however, Bone Dry talked with me at length and ultimately got me to see that what they had fixed before was a potential problem, and the work was legitimate, and this was a new job, even though it was the same leak--I'm still a little ruffled, but understand where they were coming from. They did however, give a sizable discount for the new work. A few days later a team showed up and made the repair. No more leak. More recently, we noticed a very small leak (crumbling plaster around a chimney). We are in the process of selling our home and wanted the leak to go away immediately and not at an exorbitant cost. When we called, Bone Dry was actually scheduling a few weeks out because of the volume of calls. After I described our situation, however, Bone Dry sent a person out two days later to inspect the problem. He gave us three options, and actually stated that the cheaper option would probably do the trick. We agreed and the next day (because we were previous customers we were told) he was back out to fix the flashing around the chimney. So far, the leak appears to be fixed. Bone Dry is awesome with customer service and at explaining things. I fully recommend them to anyone.

That went fine. They were courteous and professional. They gave an estimate and made some suggestions. They are going to do the job.

I first got the estimate a year ago. Jim was friendly and informative and he said the problem with my leaky roof (had stained my second floor office ceiling), was probably the two nail pops right near the area. I had thought it was due to a lack of caulking from when I had my siding installed. I went up on the roof with him (recommended), and he showed me the nail pops and how to fix them. So I fixed them myself. However 9 months later after April, the rainiest month in history, the leak was back with a vengeance. I had just had the ceiling painted when it showed up again. They came out 3 days after I called them and honored the old estimate to install a shield. They fixed it in between squalls of thunderstorms. Impressive that the got it done. I haven't looked at the work, but the leak has not come back (*good thing as I had the ceiling repaired already!!) So far so good.

Awesome, exceeding our expectations, unbelievable, and look no further are the words that we use to describe Bone Dry Roofing-Cincinnati. We had a water leak on the ceiling in the family room. We called Bone Dry Roofing to investigate. Keith H. evaluated the situation and made a suggestion. After discussing the condition of the original 20 year old roof shingles, a decision was made to have them torn off and replaced. The project was completed on May 5, 2011. A major challenge occurred during the project which was handled by Jim K. We were very pleased with the courtesy and professionalism shown during the resolution. Hats off to a very reputable company.

With the historic rains we had in April, I discovered a leak in my entry hall. Bone Dry came out to look at it and told me that they were pretty sure the problem was due to bad flashing where a roof over my entry met the chimney, though they couldn't be 100% sure without a water test. I scheduled the repair without the water test. After the next major rain, however, I discovered that there were still leaks (this time in the entry hall closet and in my living room next to the chimney). I called Bone Dry and they sent a team out that morning to check things out. After about an hour on the roof with my hose, they couldn't figure out where water was getting in, and were clearly frustrated by that-- they clearly wanted to be able to fix things for me. They came back a couple days later (because they had to wait for the roof to dry) to apply more sealant everywhere they could possibly think of. In the interim, I exchanged several emails with them updating the status of the leaks, which I really felt was above and beyond in terms of their concern and responsiveness. In the end, I think the original leak in the entry ceiling was fixed by the repairs and that the later leaks were related to the chimney cap and not the roof. Despite making 3 trips, they never charged me a penny beyond the initial quote, and they seemed to want to fix the leak as much as I did. I obviously hope not to need other roof repairs in the near future, but I'd absolutely call Bone Dry again in a heartbeat-- they were incredibly professional and went above and beyond to resolve the problem, and seemed to care about my home as much as I do.

This chimney has been leaking for years and we have had several "repairs" done, but to no avail. Bone Dry properly diagnosed and fixed the problem. They arrived on time (8:00am) and worked until 8:45 that night to get to a proper stopping point so they could finish up the next day. They asked our permission to work late, saying that they did not want to disturb us. Bone Dry is easily one of the best companies we have ever worked with. They did our roof about a year ago and, like the masonry work, they were professional, punctual and cleaned up amazingly well. Their pricing is very reasonable. Highly recommended.

He repaired the leak and prevented a leak by performing the same procedure on the second seem. He caulked all the ends of the ridge vent as the original contractor didn't install them correctly. He included rubber gaskets on my plumbing vents as a courtesy. I had some extra ridge shingles on the side of my house and he repaired the ridge with the materials I had on hand. All the "extra-work" was suggested by both parties and performed after the original estimate at no extra charge. He was fair and cared about what he was doing. It's not easy to find good customer service these days- Bone Dry Roofing has this quality. Work was completed in less that 24 hours from my (after hours) call.

Initial consultation was done around our schedule (after working hours), and was very thorough and professional--showed digital pictures of current situation and explained methodology of repair. Repair was made shortly thereafter (2-3 days, as weather was dicey), and completed within an afternoon. We recommend their service, and would use again!

They were fantastic. I spent $1500 on that work. He gave me an estimate for the repair and the roof itself. They did it within 4 hours which amazed me. They took the rook off and found that a few boards were rotten. Recently we had heavy rain and we did not have a leak at all. We were very happy with them.

I contacted several different roofing companies to obtain estimates on the work I wanted to have done. Bone Dry was the only company of these that scheduled an appointment to talk to me in person about the work I wanted done and to provide information about their company. The sales rep arrive on time and was very thorough in providing all the information I needed and in answering any questions I had. He also left behind several large size shingle samples to help me choose the shingle color I wanted. The company even went out of their way to deliver some additional large size shingle samples at a later date. Bone Dry had the lowest estimate for the work. That and their high Angie's List ratings, their high BBB rating and other details in the information they provided me resulted in my choosing them to perform my roofing work. They were able to schedule my work to be done within about 2 weeks after I sent them a signed contract. On the day of the work, they showed up promptly with a large team of people. I have a fairly large 2 story house, but the roof was torn off and the new shingles put on in only about 7 hours. A couple people stayed longer to complete some flashing work but most work was done by around 3:30pm. This was good since it was threatening to rain during the late afternoon. There roofing workmanship was excellent. I had no problems when heavy rains and high winds moved through the area during the folowing day. They also did an excellent job of cleaning up the mess and cleaning up the nails out of our yard. I would highly recommend Bone Dry Roofing for anyone else needing roof work done.

Great company, I thought everyone was very nice and professonal. They came out twice to do the water test when I had questions and were very easy to work with. The new siding looks great and the leak is gone.

They were great! I called them a few minutes after 8:00 AM. They were here by 8:20 and finished reinstalling the cap by 8:35 with a major rain storm approaching. Their responsiveness was terrific in what could have been a bad situation if I couldn't get the cap put back on before the rains came. I would certainly use them again for any roofing job. Mike and Shane did a great job.

My husband and I couldn't be happier with the work performed. From the estimate delivered by Jim to the work performed on 3/28, the process was seamless and superior. Throughout the day of installation, the project manager provided updates on what was being done, then once the roof was finished, we walked around and reviewed the work. I would definitely recommend their work (and have already done so)!

Our in-laws had lived in the home and in the previous year arranged for the roof to be replaced on our behalf. They chose a company that somebody in the neighborhood had used. One year later, we were realizing a couple of leaks, one due to a fallen branch (which would not have been covered in a guarantee) and the other due to faulty workmanship from the roof replacement. When I called the company who had installed the roof, there was an answering machine that did not even identify the company. I left a message. But after several days, I had received no return phone call. I was in town to get the house ready either for sale or the next tenants and had to get this work done right away. I chose Bone Dry from Angie's list. They initially responded with a date after I would have left town. When I explained my situation, they were able to send out a couple of guys that day. They were able to stop the leaks. And they came back the next week to complete the work. In addition to their responsiveness, fair price, and quality workmanship, I also was pleasantly surprised that they regularly use a digital camera to document things with before and after pictures. For somebody like me who can't be at my properties to see things for myself, I really appreciated this. We eventually heard from the roofers who did the original work. They said they would have come out. And that's good. But I am happy with my decision to use Bone Dry Roofing. And I am very sorry that I let didn't take the time to find and use them when the major roof work was done a year ago.

Lost a few shingles from my roof during a recent wind storm, and so I called this company to come out and give me an estimate to repair the damage. Jim came out to my house within a few days, and he got up on the roof to do a thorough inspection. I had gotten a couple other quotes, but everyone else tried to assess the damage from the ground. So I appreciate that they took the extra time to climb up on the roof and take a closer look at everything. The proposed price was very reasonable. Once I gave the OK to proceed with the work, they came out within a couple of days and took care of everything.

The work was completed on time and very quickly. When they were on their way to the job there was a huge traffic jam on the highway. They called and said they were going to be late. Workers very professional. The owner, Jim was wonderful. There actually turned out to be a complication because the sky lights previously installed in one of the sections of roof were the real problem. These were put in by the previous owners so we had no information on them. Jim called the company that made the windows and found out they were probably still under warranty. He arranged for the rep. from that company to come out with him to inspect the lights so they can be replaced. I was very impressed. Most other people would have just said, "Hey your sky lights are bad. You need to call that company."

So far, they are our choice right now. We can afford them in a few months. So far, they have the best price. Their price is really reasonable. They are the best in terms of customer service. We are definitely going to use them. It's just a matter of money. They are really good. They were already there 15 minutes ahead of time. They keep calling me back about if I want the job or not. They are very respectful. They explain everything.
