Arrived on time. They perfromed all task very well and lef the site in a clean and improved condition

They are on Angie’s List. They did a good job. We liked their work. They repaired our roof in the past. They are pretty prompt as well.

They did exactly what they said they were going to do. We were very very happy with them. They were there at exactly the time they said they would be. He looked at the job, went to his truck, made some calls, and then in 15 minutes he told us how much it would cost. Within a couple of days it was done.

They did a very good job. We didn't know where the water was coming from and the first attempt didn't solve it so they were back immediately. They ripped everything apart to get to the bottom of it and everything was handled. They did a great job. I was impressed with their eagerness to solve a problem that wasn't easily identifiable. They stayed with it until they did solve it. The price was fair for the work they did. I would use them again.

We found them on Angie's List. They have a couple of offices in Ohio and Kentucky as well. We were extremely pleased. Our insurance covered most of it. They had some options that we could get to upgrade things so with our detectable amount we probably spent a total of $3000 but the whole job was close to $10000. It's an old two storey house and it has one storey level around the bottom layer. It was close to forty squares of shingles. They completely took the old shingles off from both levels but the upper level had a couple of other layers on it. They replaced a little of the sheeting that was bad and put the new roof down with the dimensional shingles. They also have a masonry division. They did the masonry work a week or so ahead of the roofing. They brought in a rather large crew. They were here at eight in the morning and by five or so they were totally done. One thing we liked about them was that they hand nailed all the shingles and didn't use a staple gun. They came back a week or two later and did the gutters. They were all very conscientious. I thought their price was very reasonable because I got three estimates and they were actually the middle estimate. They had already won some honors on Angie's List and that's kind of what led me to pick them over the lower price bid. Even if we had to pay for the whole thing I thought their price was very reasonable and competitive. I can't say anything negative. Their workmanship was good. I've experienced with some building remodeling and I'm little over sixty now so my wife actually got up there and put a new roof on the second storey when we moved in here in 1981 about two years later. We kind of joked at that time that even if we need a new roof we won't be doing it. I was out there watching them and they did a really nice job. They did everything I would have done. They were here when they said they would be. They had to postpone the first one because of the weather but they rescheduled it a week or so later. The weather wasn't their fault and they were here when they said they'll be. They finished in a day on the roof. They did a wonderful job on clean up and when they left you really couldn't tell they had been here. They were very professional and I have recommended them to other people.

After selecting Bone Dry from Angie's List, we got their estimate for replacing some shingles. The estimator saw that our flashing was in need of replacement, so we contracted for both repairs. The estimator said it would be 2-3 weeks before they could do the job, but within a week they called to say they had an opening in the schedule so the work was done more quickly than promised, This was a small job as roofs go, but it was done quickly, neatly, and smoothly. This is a very professional company.

We used them urgently to do our roof in September previously. We contacted them for an estimate because they were very professional. They did the roofing in one day. The quality of their work was excellent. Their professionalism was topnotch. They stuck to their quote. They were very prompt. They were here before they said they were going to be. The site supervisors were very professional.

They did a great job. We had a little problem with the subcontractor and they send somebody else and took care of it right away. The Bone Dry Company did a great job. We will use them again in the future.

It took us almost a month to get the work done due to the weather, but once the weather allowed they showed up on time, worked quickly & professionally. They cleaned up after them selves. very pleased with the company & the work.

Crew arrived on time, given description of work, informed of needed repairs to roof shown completed work, told of warranty and work to be completed. Following day professional from beginning to end.

I was very pleased that the contact, work and payment could all be taken care of with very little disruption to my very busy life as a single working mother. The products have performed perfectly, it has rained and rained and rained since the installation and I haven't had any issue at all. When I need my roof replaced after several more seasons pass, I will definitely contact Bone Dry for the work.

This is a tale of two different stories. I think it is appropriate to say before I start that I would use Bone Dry again, but did not have the best experience this time. The sign of a competent vendor is that they make right any wrongs and Bone Dry has largely done this. After signing two separate contracts, one for soffits/siding and one for gutters (Salesman Keith explained that Bone Dry now uses subs through the siding manufacturer) we waited the appointed amount of time for the project to start. I arrived home one day to find that new gutters were being hung on the house, unfortunately this was before the facia and soffit work had been completed which was required before hanging gutters. The gutter installer (sub contractor) had to remove the gutters. The old gutters could not be rehung and rain was on the way. After many phone calls and a few hours of debate it was determined that the company previously contracted to do the soffit and wrap could not expedite our job so we would use the gutter contractor to start the siding work the next day. The work was started and 80% complete over several days. The contractor and crew worked well, were polite and while siding was not their speciality, their work was solid. The contractor was to return on Monday but there was a communication problem and we were not notified until late in the day that, due to potential for inclement weather, the job would not resume for several days. Our salesman Keith was responsive when called about problems but several of the incidents were beyond his control or ability to adapt schedules. The work is now 100% completed. The gutters are hung properly and seem to drain as committed. The soffits and most of the wrap is well done although several of the more complex angles and end pieces could possibly have an improved fit and finish. The local owner called me after the initial problems and was very apologetic and seemed genuinely concerned. Without prompting he offered a small discount for our trouble. I was a bit concerned when the invoices arrived without the offered discount but a quick phone call and the discount was granted. A summary of the points: - you must always be aware of the work being done to your house and in what order it needs to be completed. I didn't expect to need to actively verify this like a general contractor but a simple mistake in paperwork lead to a much bigger problem. - it is probably a good idea to insist your salesman or a company represenitive is on sight at the start of the job to assure your involvement is minimal and the need for rework is eliminated - Once again, I would use Bonedry and have actively recommended them to two friends, one of whom contracted with them. I hated to grade this experience a "C" but if C is representative of an overall average job and a job not free of problems then it is probably the correct ranking.

I was very pleased with my interaction with Bone Dry Roofing from start to finish. Including recommending that I join Angie's List and receiving a $200 coupon. I selected Bone Dry as one of 3 roofers to give me quotes. The Bone Dry salesman was responsive, obviously knew his product, and was easy to work with. No high pressure techniques and willing to spend the time with me that I needed to answer my questions. I believe that had I not needed a new roof that he would have simply told me to call back in a few years. The salesman also returned my calls promptly when I asked for additional information. Bone Dry's quote was roughly 80% of my other two quotes. I instinctively felt that the other two were high and that this quote was on the money. I'm sure I could have gotten a lower quote from a smaller contractor, especially one that would not remove the old roof. However, I also believe that a lower quote would have resulted in more problems. The roof was installed 2-3 weeks after I accepted the offer, just like the salesman indicated. The process was exactly as I was initially told. There is obviously a lot of communication between the salesman, production supervisor, company, and the work crew. This is unlike other experiences I have had. One nice thing that Bone Dry does is bring out a dump trailer and then haul it away at the end of the day. Much better than having Rumpke deliver a dumpster a few days early and then take it away a few days later. The roof was finished toward dusk. The Production Supervisor said that he would be out the next morning for the final inspection when lighting would be better. He came out and also did a final clean up. Particular kudos to the job clean up. It was windy and stuff was blowing all over the place. At one point I mentioned to my wife that the trees were growing black leaves from all of the tar paper in the trees. By the time they left, virtually all of the garbage was picked up and disposed of. Bone Dry places great emphasis on having a happy customer at the end of the day. I really appreciate that attitude, especially since I didn't pay "extra" for it!

Overall job took less than two days and was done without any problems. The workmanship was outstanding and cleanup was unbelieveable. After three weeks I have yet to find a torn-off shingle or even a nail in my yard, The Bone Dry Roofing people were a pleasure to work with and kept me informed all the time. In particular, the Production Supervisors (Shane Rider and Lonnie Bowling) and Foreman (Abraham) and all the workers were very professional and dedicated in their words and actions. This is really a high quality group of guys who work together well and produce a top quality product. I highly recommend them to anyone considering a new roof.

My experience with Bone Dry Roofing was totally positive. The representative who came to my house was very knowledgable and professional. The person who I dealt with to set up my appointment was very helpful and friendly. The installers were on time, if not a little early, and worked diligently while at my house. Clean-up was very thorough.

I was very happy with the estimate and the work done. I was very comfortable with MIke (quoting) and Lonnie (lead of the work crew). Things were very clearly explained and I got the impression that they really care about giving you a quality roof. They pay extra attention to areas that are most susceptible to leaks. I had three companies look at my roof and this company gave me the most thorough quote. They were very upfront about the condition of my roof and weren't pushing about having work done. As a bonus, Bone Dry was actually the cheapest of my three quotes. They dropped off the shingles the day before. Because of rain, I was contacted the night before and we only had to push back the work one day. The crew consisted of about 8 people and they brought a trailer with them to haul away the old shingles. Work was started at 8:00 in the morning and they were gone by 4:00. They use a magnet to clean up nails and things were left in the condition they were before work was started. It is clear that they want things done correctly and they strive to grow their business by their reputation and referrals. They stand behind there work with a labor warranty that matches the shingle material warranty. I was also happy with their willingness to shingle my shed and move some insulation for me at no extra cost. I also used the $200 off coupon I printed through angie's list.

Keith responded to my request for bid very quickly and showed up when he said he would to look at the roof. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to walk me thru all the steps and parts of my roof replacement. After we decided to go with Bone Dry the roof was installed within 3 weeks. They did the new roof on the house, the insulation and the new roof on the detached garage in just 1 and 1/2 days. The crew was respectful and hard working. Shane was my project manager and he kept me informed of problems and progress as they worked thru the job. After the roof was finished I loved the way the roof looked. However I was not happy with the way the cover on the old box gutters looked. After one email i got an imediate phone call from Shane with a solution to the problem. My gutters were installed a week after the roof and they look and work great. The installers were very professional and did a nice job on the gutters. Within 3 days of having the gutters installed Shane came back out and fixed the way the box gutters looked. Through out this process everyone I dealt with from Bone Dry constantly asked me questions, kept me informed and reminded me to call with any problems or concerns. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Bone Dry representatives were professional in the quality of the service provided and finished within an amazing time frame.

They came on time, did all roof work, hauled away all scrap and clean up yard and driveway. Total time was about five hours. Excellent job.

They did a very good job. They were very friendly. The person who came and talked to my husband actually came back and followed through to check the work. One surprise was that they brought in some Mexicans to work on the roof but they did a very good job. I thought that it was going to be a team of only two or three people that would be coming in but they came in with several other people. They came in and followed up on the work. I was pleased that they followed up and checked to see if they did everything in detail. They did everything in one day which was the other pleasant surprise because we thought that it would be a three to five day job. It was very nice. My husband and I were both pleased about that. They showed up when they said that they would be here. We would recommend them to someone else as they did very good work.

I do not think its appropriate to add people to your junk mail list who you cant even contact for estimates.

I have had people call me to see how I liked them and asking about my roof. I think they were great. They did excellent work. They were very polite and they cleaned up their mess. I highly recommended them to about 8 people. I even got a cheaper quote from another guy from Angie’s List and I went with this group because they are a Mexican group. They are excellent and they are hard workers. This guy came up to me and asked me to make sure before I went on to the driveway to double check the screws and they were very polite and of course I didn’t find their screws but due to the fact that they were so good, I bought them all one. I would highly recommend them. They are really nice people. The other gentleman who came to my house, his quote was a couple of hundred dollars cheaper and he said it would take two to three days. When I asked him why, he said because we don’t hire Mexicans. Because of that remark, I did not go with them because I know how hard Mexicans work and I know how hard others work. They did an excellent job and I will highly recommend them. I have had people come to my house and look at my roof. They did excellent work, whoever came to my house. Price was in the ballpark. I got what I paid for. The young guy I spoke to, he came back and he said that they did cleanup and did the double check. He said just make sure that you walk to your driveway, because they must have missed a nail or something. They worked so hard and did the job in one day and I have a 2700 square foot house, so, overall they were excellent.

Due to ice storm during the past winter my gutters were hanging. Bone Dry came out and gave an estimate which was about $700 lower than another contractor for the same job(the other contractor was attempting to replace parts that they said would be destroyed after the job). Bone Dry was prompt and professional. They did a beautiful job, even added a couple additional down spouts at no cost and I got an Angie's list discount. The experience couldn't have been better. I would definitely ust them again and would refer to family or friends.

Bone Dry Roofing did an excellent, professional job in many ways. 1. They fought the fight in a professional way with a very obnoxious insurance adjuster. We did not win that battle, but Bone Dry was a professional advocate for us, as a potential customer (at that time). 2. The estimate was accurate. Their cost is not close to the advertised prices you hear from commercials, etc., but everything is professional with quality workmanship. This means more to us than a low end price where you would worry about the anxiety. 3. Lonnie, the supervisor, and his crew were on time, educated me on the nuances of roof and gutter structure, discovered and fixed current problems they discovered along the way. 4. The cleanup quality was excellent, all nails and other materials were removed and landscaping was protected. I would highly recommend Bone Dry Roofing for a roof replacement that gives you assurance it was done with a high quality.
