Keith was professional and did not try to sell me something I didn't need (like a new roof). He quickly had a crew out to fix the flashing on my chimney.

The estimator arrived on time and did a nice job of evaluating our roofing situation. We originally called him out because we were concerned with the slight bowing of the plywood at one point in the roof near a skylight. We also noticed that three rubber boots around plumbing vents had degraded to the point that we could see into the attic in a couple of places. Unlike a previous bidder on the job, Bone Dry's estimator noticed that the width of the skylights had led the builder to widen the distance between the trusses, providing a little less support for the plywood, and therefore allowing a slight bow to develop. There was absolutely no leakage: the plywood was sound and dry, and the bowing was slight, so he suggested that we keep an eye on it, but leave it alone until time to put on a new roof in about six years or so. In the future he suggested that we consider replacing the one warped piece of wood with a thicker plywood. We accepted Bone Dry's very reasonable bid for the repair around the rubber boots. We were told they would be able to do the repair within two weeks. Three days later their crew chief, Manny, called. He came later that same day at the agreed upon time and did a professional repair to the rubber boots in about two hours.

We had several loose and broken shingles that needed to be replaced. I called Bone Dry on Saturday morning and made an appointment to have someone come out for an estimate of the repair. I thought I would have to leave a message, but their office was open until noon. The woman who answered the phone was extremely professional and she told me they would be out at 12:30pm on Monday and even gave me the name of the person who would be making the call. They called on Monday morning and said they were ahead of schedule and asked if they could arrive an hour early. Once they arrived, they made a quick assessment, then replaced the broken shingles using a spare pack I had in the garage. They also replaced the boot around the stack vent, and sealed up the remaining loose shingles. They were very prompt and professional. I would definitely use them again and recommend them.

Keith was helpful and knowledgable during the estimate process. They said they would finish the roof in two days which i did not think possible, but they came with a large crew (at times 15 people working on the house) and worked late on the second day to make sure they finished. They were cheerful and hardworking and did extremely high quality work. They cleaned everything up right away. They finished the gutters and shake siding within a few days after that with smaller crews. Shane was the supervisor of our job and he was in contact before the job started and was on the job and followed up after to make sure everything went well. He made sure there was clear communication of how things would go and what to expect and then Bone Dry delivered! I was extremely impressed. I would call them again and highly recommend.

It went very well. They took pictures of the problem areas (obviously from my roof) to show me the issues. They provided an estimate for the repair. The entire process was done extremely professionally without any ridiculous up-selling throughout the process. I would definitely use them again.

I had contacted three roofing companies, all recommended on Angies List. Dry Bones Roofing returned my call within two days. A representative came out, examined my roof and gave me an estimate. Within three days of my authorization of the contract, the company scheduled the work and completed the job on time and very efficiently. The clean up was amazing...you would never know they had pulled off all the old shingles and old tin roofing underneath. I would definitely use them again.

Bone Dry Roofing was very quick to respond to my call about fixing the missing shingles and damaged channel gutter on my roof. They had a repairman at my house at 9am the morning after my first phone call. The repairman promptly got to work, and even though he had to leave at one point to get some more materials, he later returned and completed the job. He showed me the materials he used and how they were better than what was originally used on my roof. He explained that they do not use nail guns like most if not all other roofing companies. Nail guns can sometimes either force nails too far into the shingle causing the shingle to not be secured to the roof, or they can fail to shoot the nail far enough into the shingle causing an instant nail pop. Bone Dry Roofing uses a hammer and good, old fashioned elbow grease to install their shingles. The repairman also alerted me to the wear on the rest of my roof, told what to expect as far as when we might need an entirely new roof, and what materials we should insist on when we decided to replace the roof. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of a new roof or roof repair!

We had several estimates from other roofers. Bone Dry was not the lowest, however we chose them because we were impressed with what they were going to do. The day the roofers arrived, the crew was at least 8 men which was impressive. The foreman introduced himself and the work started immediately. The men worked like a fine tune machine, each one knowing what their job was. The roof was completed that day even though 13 boards had to be replaced. I was impressed with their cleanup after the job. All nails were picked up and any debris from the roof was removed from the yard and disposed of.The gutters were done the following day with as much professionalism.

Kim was very fast to respond, and very easy to work with on their scheduling. The only downside would be that it was going to take them a few days to be able get someone out to my house. I would definitely give them a try again though based on their responsiveness in my initial inquiry.

The men who came out to provide the estimate for the chimney and roof repairs were professional, friendly and courteous. They patiently and professiionally explained the problems they found and provided us with several options for repairs. They arrived on time to make the repairs. I haven't noticed any water intrusion since the repairs were made.

They came out, looked at the problem, cautioned us that it could be hard, and they got it figured out. They are really high ranked. For them to come down and say it was a simple repair, it was excellent. They came out quickly and it was all done very fast.

My roof started leaking in October from all the rain we were having. Bone Dry came and did the repairs, but by December the leak had returned, so I needed a new roof. My roof is currently a 78 year old slate roof. Mike Bova came to the house, did the estimate and sat and talked all aspects with me. He knew all the ins and out of old houses, and how they "breathe." I got mulitple estimates on the roof, but in the end Bone Dry was the best price for the work. They worked with me to keep the aesthetics of the old house. They were very responsive and friendly. Once I accepted their bid, they were here within the week, replacing everything. I plan on doing residing also, and will definitely work with them to have it done.
