They did a good job installing the stainless steel chimney cap. The first time the estimator came out, he did not have the right size cap so he returned a week or so later with another size that worked. The reason I gave this company the rating I did was because I asked for a quote to rebuild the upper portion of another chimney. The estimator quoted $3,000 and I accepted the quote but requested it be put in writing. When he handed me the quote in writing, it was $5,000, almost double the quote we discussed and agreed for service and price. When a company changes their price significantly after an agreement has been reached, it is a bad omen for the company professionalism, reputation, honesty, trustworthyness and who knows what else they might be capable of doing..

Overall project went well . The job took 2 1/2 days . The crew was punctual and professional in there work . Masonary work appears to be good quality . Pleased with the site supervisor. Only complaint I have is with the business office . They were not on top of the scheduling.I would have appreciated more direct communication from the site supervisor prior to job start to coordinate schedule since I wanted to be home while they completed the project . Performed work in accordance with quote . Met the budget . Overall satisfied with work . Would recommend to others .

Tuck pointing for leaks. Unfortunately I had requested specifically that it was the area above 32 feet that hadn't been done in the past. I am unsure how it could've been done this time as the worker only had a 32 foot ladder!

I only have good things to say about Bone Dry Roofing. From the very professional and knowledgable salesman and estimator to the quality of the laborers that did the work. We found a leak after a heavy rain and knew that it was time (or actually past time) for a new roof. We needed our chimney repaired, a complete new roof, and new gutters and toppers installed. It was important for us to get the job done not only well but quickly. After getting 3 estimates we chose Bone Dry (mostly due to all the great reviews on Angie's List) and we were able to get the job scheduled just 2 weeks from accepting their proposal. Several days before the roof was to be done it rained on and off and messed up the company's schedule. On top of this, rain was predicted for the day we were scheduled, so I wasn't surprised to receive a phone call from them asking us to reschedule. Well, my husband told them that time was a major concern for us and he would like to keep it on that day if the weather allowed it. It did end up raining the morning of the job, so Bone Dry called and said that if the rain stopped soon enough they would still do the job that day. The rain let up around noon and they sent 2 crews out so that they could finish before more rain came. This went above and beyond what I expected and I must compliment them on their effort to work with the customer and try to please them even in difficult situations. Their work was great and even pleased my picky husband. I would definitely recommend them to my friends for not only roof replacement but chimney and gutter work as well.

Great service and responsiveness. Very competitive. Went above and beyond. Replaced wood siding in spots on their own, outside of quote and did not charge additional. They were timely, high quality and continually got feedback from us during the process to make sure we were pleased with progress of the project.

Very easy process..we bought the special on Angie's list. A Rep from Bone Dry made a call to assess what we needed, a reasonable estimate was given, we agreed ...work done in a timely fashion. We were very pleased with everything from start to finish.

Masonry work completed initially with sandstone blocks replaced on column of front porch with tuck pointing. Approx. $1000.00. Impressed with quality of work and punctuality. Next project scheduled 1.5 mos later: guttering re-routing.....excellent solution to a long-standing problem. No more leaky basement from overflow -dripping water from poor gutter connection seams. Highly recommend Bone-Dry

The gentleman who came to give me the estimate was competent and courteous. We agreed on the date for service, and all proceeded according to plan.

Received an estimate, work was scheduled for the prior week, however, rain prevented starting the project. We were called and told they would be out the next week. Work was started and completed as promised.

We needed repairs done on concreste steps and stone walls and were told that they do not do that kind of masonry work.

Overall all good experience with this provider.

From start to finish it only took eight hours. I have a lot of plants around the whole house, which were taken very good care of. Everything was covered and all the nails were picked up. I haven't found a single nail. The workers were very nice and efficient. The foreman stayed on the job from start to finish. There was a little damage done to a small piece of aluminium which was replaced without any trouble. I would recommend Bone Dry to anyone. They came when they said they would.

I had a roof replaced on a second story porch. The office was hard to deal with, I had to call several times to ask when they were going to call to schule the work as they promised. Twice I had to find in emails for the office worker my attachment accepting the work. I was told that they had abruptly lost a worker and could not keep up. the actual on-site work was fine.

THE COMPANY HAS NEVER CONTACTED ME BACK AFTER LEAVING MESSAGES.

Keith, Jason, and Shane were great people to work with. They were very knowledgeable and willing to answer our questions and explain the details. They were always in contact with us and made sure our needs were met. The entire work crew was very nice & friendly.

All work was done as detailed in estimate. Workers were efficient, courteous and stayed on task..............entire job was completed in one day. The cleanup was thorough and I was very pleased with the work that was done. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone needing roofing work.

Once they gave me an estimate for the work we needed to do it was done well. We were pleased with the final project.

I bought the 4HR coupon because I knew I had some chimney repair to do. They looked at the chimney and we also walked the rest of the house. They offered two solutions to the chimney, a shorter term repair and a full replace. I chose the repair and they did an excellent job. They also repaired several small cracks, etc in the rest of the brick. Since this work was completed 9-29-12, I have received a statement, an invoice and finally an agressively worded invoice received today 10-17-12 all within two weeks. Although I wrote the check (online banking) on the 9th, they didn't receive it until the 16th. I can understand this kind of thing over 60 or 90 days, but to harrass your customers for payment every few days seems excessive. When I called to make sure the payment had been received, I was treated EXTREMELY rudely by their agent Julie Fuller and will certainly never use them again after this incident. If they treat their customers who pay promptly this way, I can't imagine what would have happened after a normal 30 day lapse. NOT RECOMMENDED

Kudos to Bone Dry Masonry! From our initial point of contact through completion of the project, BDM was professional, knowledgeable, took time to explain and answer procedural questions, completed the project as planned and, actually, exceeded my expectations. BDM is a reputable, reasonable, and trustworthy company that we will call upon for future masonry services.

Will not have work done at this time.

I purchased the special offer from Bone Dry to have some tuck-pointing completed on my porch. Someone came out and we talked about what needed to be done. I asked for the tuck-pointing to be tinted to match the orginal mortar. Also, I was concerned because some work done by the previous owner wasn't done very well. They cleaned up the old tuck-pointing and matched the existing tint. It wasn't a large job, so I told him to use me as a "fill-in." One everning, a couple weeks later, I came home and noticed the job was completed. Everything looked great! I am very happy with the work and will consider hiring them again if needed!
