Service was great. We underestimated how much junk we had and had to order a second dumpster. It was delivered quickly. They did everything they said they would do and had good communication on delivery timeframe. I would definitely call them again.

It was a great experience. They took great care when putting the dumpster on your driveway to ensure there was no damage to the driveway. I have no complaints about the experience.

Dumpster was delivered as scheduled. However, I needed to arrange for a second dumpster after filling the first. Dumpster was picked up and returned empty for the second load.

John with the Cincinnati South location was great. I would highly recommend Bin There Dump That. Their prices were very competitive, but with the service you get it was worth every penny. John was very prompt at returning my phone calls, and was extremely friendly. He delivered our bin on time and in the exact location I'd ask for even though I wasn't there when it was delivered. The dumpster (unlike other companies I've used in the past) was very clean upon delivery, easy to open and use. They placed protection on the driveway (again something I've had to do myself from other places), and even swept up when the removed the bin. I don't usually go overboard when talking about someone picking up my trash, but I was highly impressed and very happy!

The experience overall was great. They were very responsive, they answered all my questions via email, and overall I had a good price.

I had a sizable pile of yard waste ranging from simple branches to heavy railroad ties. I loaded the bin up myself over a few days and fit almost everything. When Byron showed up he helped me toss (force) the extra bit in himself and didn't charge for it. They are very professional and Byron is a nice guy to boot. I would definitely reccomend and would use them again myself. Thanks!

Called on a Friday and they delivered the dumpster on Saturday morning. Backed down our long lane with perfection. The doors on the back for easy load were very helpful and cut down on the muscle power needed to fill.
