The trees are gone. They were able to do it as soon as I was available so they were great.

Everything went off flawlessly. They showed up when they promised and finished the job quickly. I was impressed with the level of professionalism from the staff and would definitely recommend then to anyone seeking the services they provide.

I was not happy with the trimming of a few branches which were hanging over my roof. When I called Mike, he immediately came out to see what I wanted. He sent his to crew, which he pulled from another job, to cut off the branches. I was very pleased! Then I asked him to design my front flower bed. He gave me ideas and an an estimate for cleaning out weeds, move 2 bushes, take oyut a bush, plant a new one in its place and for the planting of flowers, which I had purchased. My yard looks Beautiful! I I I asked Mike for an estimate to do my back yard lat another time.. He did this and I look forward to having this work done! I am so pleased with his professionalism!

I am very happy with the service provided. I had no complaints. Mike handles himself and his staff in a pleasant demeanor.

Mike was very responsive in returning my initial call in a timely fashion. We scheduled a free estimate for the same evening. After seeing what needed to be done, he suggested using the Bobcat Forestry and explained its many advantages. He gave us a price, which seemed somewhat steep, however, Mike did a good job "selling" us the concept of this machine as we were asking questions. We agreed upon getting this project done using the machine, and that he would contact us the following week to determine a potential start date. The next day, without any appointment, Mike showed up to attend to the 4 piles of dead branches and the old fencing. He and his colleague spent a great deal of the afternoon working on this. However, this visit was not scheduled and impacted other planning for the day. Later that day, he called and suggested a date for taking care of the heavily wooded area. This date was approved. On the scheduled day, he and his crew arrived 30 minutes late (9:30 a.m.), although we had said "between 8 a.m. and 9 a.m., if not earlier." They started to work on the designated area, but it became quickly apparent that the well praised machine did not leave wood chips behind as advertised, but much bigger chunks of wood than originally anticipated. The initial crew of 5 people got quickly reduced after 2 hours, leaving on the property only the machine operator and his assistant, who worked very hard but seemed unable to keep up on his own. The shredding of the 4 piles was equally dissatisfying. The promised "shredding" turned out to be nothing else than the machine running over it, spreading the still far too large chunks on a larger area by destroying adjacent territory. They also killed a few apple trees and threw logs into the woods. Mike promised us to take care of this the next day, clean up and seed grass, but he did not come back in person - he sent the hard working fellow from the day before. This means that we are still cleaning up the mess ourselves. Finally, Mike tried to convince us to have another area of our property taken care of via the same method. Although we politely declined, he tried again to sell us this service. All in all, Mike is a fun person to work with, he is responsive, a good sales person and tries to accommodate clients` wishes. However, he promises too much and overall quality is lacking given the steep price we paid.

It went well. The trees were in bad shape (hollow and fragile), so it was difficult for the men to climb up to cut the tops off. They were able to bring the trees down safely and quickly, and they cut and stacked the wood and cleaned up the debris. They got everything done in one day. I was pleased with the work.

I contacted Mike on Wednesday and he said that he'd come out when I was off work which was convenient. He came out and took a look at what I was concerned about, gave me a fair price. He didn't want to take down tree's that were healthy so I know he wasn't trying to make a ton of money off me. He quoted out some other tree trimming and gave me suggestions on what to do on my own if I didn't have him do it. I saved some money by keeping some of the wood and cutting it up myself. He said he could fit me in on Sunday, but called me on Friday and said they were already on the job so that was a good surprise. I would definitely use Mike again, don't be fooled by the lack of reviews, he does a bunch of sub-contracting for other tree services in Indian Hill.

Mike was reasonably priced and always showed up when he said he would. We were pleased with how quickly the job was done.

We were pleased with the work done by this company when we had to remove our Bradford pear due to storm damage. He was timely, efficient and willing to work with us. I would hire him again if the opportunity arose.

We had front line winds and the tree blew down. The guys were very fast. They cut it up and hauled away the brush. He was willing to work with me. I had had the tree trimmed several years ago, and it came back. The nice thing about them, is they take payments.
