My garage door springs failed last night so I called Advanced Door Systems and left a message on their after hours answering machine. They called me back at 8:04 this morning and were at my house by 9:00 to replace the springs. They were prompt, courteous and very professional. If you need any garage door maintenance or repairs, this is the company you want to work with!

Billy was prompt, professional and did solid quality work. Pricing was very fair for the work he performed. Repaired 2 doors (made new opener connection to sheet metal on doors). Also Replaced 2 motion sensors at the base of 1 garage door. Recommended against an additional repair to existing door due to age of door and benefit of repair I asked for. (Great advice / saved me $ as well; Very honest). Great work, speedy replies from Jenny and high quality work from Billy. Very happy.

They showed up on time. It started working on its own when they arrived. He continued to live and adjust both doors while he was there to get them working even better than before.

The Advanced Door Systems service man arrived right on time, answered all questions, replaced both springs, adjusted them properly, testing them and tested the door opener. He also lubricated all parts of the door & opener. I will use them in the future and recommend them to friends..

Two appointments, one for the initial diagnosis and one for the replacement. The initial meeting was good. The guys were polite and were diligent in looking for all possible issues before recommending a replacement. Abner showed up on time for the second appointment and did a stellar job with the replacement and going through the system so I had a full understanding. I would definitely recommend this team to my neighbors.

It was perfect. On time, polite, professional and very willing to please. They needed a part so Jenny left the office to get it and drop it off to the house. I will absolutely use them again.

These guys came out the same day I called! The first company had a higher price and would have come out in 4-5 days. The repairman was friendly and immediately noticed one of the two springs was broken on the door (shows how much I know about garage doors!). I bet it had been broken for 2 years at least. He had a replacement in his truck (although it was a lighter spring that what I had, he said it wouldn't matter much (IE it would last 7 years instead of 8 for example). He figured out the previous owner had put the box on backwards, he fixed that and lubed everything. He also fixed all our remotes and car links so we finally had more than one working remote control! Our door runs quietly and on command. I was happy all around.

I'm very relieved that they came the same day I called for an appointment, as I had taken off from work. The two guys who showed up were friendly, honest & on time. They recognized the problem immediately, and worked hard to get it repaired in a timely fashion - just over an hour. I wish the bill was a little cheaper, but am satisfied overall. I would use them again.

Owner and a operator came on same day. Appointment was for the next day, but an opening allowed for same day. Problem was fixed in less than an hour. Guys were professional and efficient. They also adjusted door and serviced. I likely will need a door in coming year or so, but there was no pressure to update immediately.

The installer was very punctual and professional. The installation of new spring and tuning took about an hour. There were no issues during installation.

They were wonderful. I have plans to use them in the spring for our new garage door.

The guys arrived right on time. It took them about an hour to replace two springs and add safety cables to four springs on two doors. They made minor tension adjustments to both doors and were done. They were professional and courteous. We would use them again.

The installers were here right on time and the installation took awhile but we are very pleased with the result.

Tech Abner arrived on time and we looked over the doors together. I asked him to adjust the doors so that they fit snugly against the weatherstripping and do a general servicing of the doors. He advised me that there would probably be some additional charges to correct the current door installation. I told him to go ahead unless the charges were going to be more than $100 over the initial estimate. Upon returning to the garage about an hour later, he explained to me that the rollers had been installed improperly and were making the opener work much harder than it needed to. An excellent demonstration of the qualty of the work was the almost fingertip effort now required to raise the door manually. He then proceeded to the second door and the install of the new opener. My new 1/2 HP opener opens the door quicker than the same brand's (older) 3/4 HP opener. i was very satisfied with the quality of the service.

I was extremely pleased with the service provided. The spring broke as I came in from work on 1/14/13 at about 5pm, I called and left a message that evening. The next morning, first thing, they called me back, asked me what the problem was and gave me a price for repair. I had a single spring to break, but I told them to go ahead and replace both springs plus lubricate and check out the system because it only added another $50. They arrived within 30 mins of our conversation and were done within another 45 mins. I'm sure they can't respond like this for everyone. I just happen to be in West Chester within minutes of their office. But the fact that they operate like this is great. And I think the price was more than reasonable, particularly given the level of service. Excellent company.

We called in the morning and they came out and repaired it in the afternoon. They were great. He called ahead of time. He fixed that problem and mentioned another problem that was minor and suggested how my husband could fix it. He didn't try to sell us extra products or anything, which was nice. I would definitely hire him again.

My initial contact was a little rough, as emailing through Angie's List and the company's website went unanswered for about 3 days. However, because of the great reviews on Angie's List, I thought maybe they weren't receiving my emails, so I called and talked to Jenny. She confirmed that the emails hadn't come through (and investigated it to get it fixed), and offered to come to provide an estimate the next day, which she did, showing up at 8:45 am as I had requested (they normally start at 9). I had received email estimates from a couple of other vendors, and the Advanced Door estimate was right in line with the others and maybe slightly less expensive. Also, Jenny confirmed that we did not need a new motor, which was great to know. They also had a coupon ($50 off double garage door) from Angie's List, and based on the reviews I thought they would be the most reliable to come out and fix something if there was an issue with the door after installation. Once we decided to use Advanced Door, I called and scheduled and it was no problem to get a Saturday morning installation a couple of weeks later (it was in the middle of the holidays when I called). On that Saturday, the installer, Abner, was running just a couple of minutes late, but called me to let me know when he'd be there, which I appreciated. It took him about 4 hours total (our old door was fairly difficult to get out), but our new garage door looks fantastic, is very quiet, and runs very smoothly. Also, apparently the exact model of steel door (with R-value ~8) didn't come in stock, so Advanced Door substituted an extremely similar door with a higher R-value (~10). Abner brought the updated literature (picture/spec sheet) to provide me info about the door. Abner was very nice and did a great job installing the door and we're very happy to have our beautiful new door!

I left three messages at three different repair companies at 6pm Sunday night. They called first and finished the job as scheduled before 2pm the next day. Door works perfectly
