Overall an experience of stellar customer service. From the consultant Jeremy, to his manager John, the installers Ethan W., Jake G., and Tristan P., and the plumber who made some small adjustments the day after installation, kudos all around. We had an immediate health-related need for a walk-in shower. All the West Shore associates worked together to quickly get the job done for us. The installers were professional, polite, and kept us informed throughout the process. The shower is easy to use, easy to clean, and looks very high-end. I would also like to commend the folks that answer the customer support line. I called and decided not to leave a message, and they called me back to check with me immediately. I was on the line with John, the manager who was very helpful and scheduled a plumber to come to the house the next day. It was quite a comforting feeling to get a return call at the same time John was taking excellent care with followup on with our installation. West Shore delivered on their 100% satisfaction guaranteed for certain.

Over all experience good

We had new showers replaced in our Hallway and Master Bedroom. We had two teams here and both were very professional and easy to work with. Both Teams completed the shower installs in 3 days. The Hall Bathroom and Master Bathroom Showers look great! They had the wrong door size for the Master bath and they said they will come back to finish as soon as the door comes in. The first Team was Ethan, Jake, and Owen. They did a great job on the Hall bath. I cant remember the 2nd team that did the Master, but they also did a great job! The work was done om 8/29-8/31

Ethan. W and Jake. G did a great job. I had a bath tub torn out and replace with a shower, looks great and i wish i had done it sooner. They both walked me thru everything they were doing and even took picture of what they had just finished. When job was done they cleaned up everything, my rug is cleaner then before. I give them 5 stars each and hope they get them. They both were very professional, good job guys.

Installed new walk in shower. Quinn S and Dalton W were very professional and courteous about keeping us informed on the progress of the work. (Of course I ask questions along the way.). Would recommend to our friends and family. Thanks Quinn and Dalton.

Quinn S. and Dalton W. arrived at 8:00 a.m. just as scheduled. After introductions they explained what they were going to do and then got right to work. They had to remove a bath fitter and a steel tub, which was a monster to get out, before they could even put the shower in. Through all the hours of hard work, thunderstorms, and cats wanting attention Quinn S. and Dalton W. installed a beautiful shower that accommodates the whole family. Friendly, respectful, funny. Made the whole experience relaxing and stress free. (For us.) Have only used the shower once but see myself spending more time in there. Lol. Beyond what I was expecting.

The previous owner of the house had installed a bathtub with the back wall covered. When the West Shore Home crewmember removed the back wall, we were amazed to find that there was a bathroom window, completely unexpected. When I decided that I would like to keep the window to brighten up the bathroom, West Shore Home (Cincinnati) went out of their way to accommodate me at no extra charge. The company delivered a window kit from Cincinnati on short notice. This drive to Urbana is roughly 90 minutes. The crew was very professional and courteous. They also did a great job of making sure the area was clean before they left. I am glad that I chose the right company to do this job. The new shower is beautiful.

Great crew. One day project. However, they did not have the proper sized pony wall cap. It was supposed to be a quick â we will come back out and fix it asapâ . It has been almost a month since they did the project and have yet to return to complete the project, which is holding up being able to finish the rest of the bathroom.

West Shore Home replaced my bathtub with a walk in shower. Expensive addition but well worth the investment. Jon H, Brett C, & Alex P. put in a long day's work. The shower is beautiful. The water in my 4 unit condo building had to be turned off for a bit. The team worked with the master plummer to get everyone notifed. Also, during the demolition tiles in an adjacent bath were damaged and an overhead light was broken. The tiles were reset before the end of the day. I received a new light for my shower which was installed today. Thank you West Shore Home!

The workers were great! Polite. Friendly,they answered all of our questions, courteous and just all around good guys. I also liked how there were others came in and made sure everything was going well. The person that came out to talk to us about the shower even came out to see if the guys needed anything from the store,that was thoughtful of him.

Ethan, the installer, did an outstanding job and kept us informed during the entire process and answered all our questions to our satisfaction. He arrived on time and worked diligently the whole day. We were totally impressed when the project was completed. Ethan cleaned up the areas to our satisfaction. Previously we had two other estimates, we are glad we accepted West Shore to do our shower remodel. Highly recommend this company to our family and friends.

Ethan W and Brett L. did an awesome job installing my new shower. They arrived promptly, worked hard all day and at the end of the day I have a beautiful new shower and they clean up so well I highly recommend West Shore.

Quick, efficient good quality

No inspector had come to date. Proj. Completed 5/17/23 Not good customer service at all $12000.00 is a lot of money. Glue on carpet iin Basement Told me to take pictures However when follow up person left he stated he would have the right department contact us. Never did. Wanted a hand held shower stated they would email cost 700.00 with my discount and labor Unbelievable I'm really not sure if I would recommend West Shore. Its like they got my 12 thousand plus and now they dont want to folliw through.

Jake G, Ethan W. and Parker M. were the crew which installed our walkin shower in a day. They were efficient and courteous. They kept us informed as the project progressed. They eft the bathroom and other areas of the house clean. They used drp cloths on all carpet areas. They did a professional job. The only concern we have is the wrong shower doors were installed due to WestShore's supplier mis-labeling of boxes. We are awaiting the shipment of the proper doors and installation . We can use the shower with the present doors until our project doors rare available.

Ethan W. and Brandon C. were wonderful, Our project took two days because of the size of the project. All through the project Ethan and Brandon showed us what was going on and what they were doing next. I don't think you could have sent two nicer young men. They would explain everything and answer any questions, Both days they left the place cleaner than when they came. I would highly recommend them and the company.

Max R. and Quinn S. did a great job taken out my old tub and installing a beautiful new walk in shower! They arrived early,explained everything they would be doing, and covered up the flooring as to help the areas of my house stay clean! Both very polite! They were very professional, quick, and explained every process and when finished cleaned everything up! They both did an amazing job with my new walk in shower! Would highly recommend!
