Prior to installing a new tub to shower the sales and pre installation staff were excellent explaining the installation process. Our installers Felipe and Taylor did a perfect installation, neat ,polite and we asked for their return for the next bathroom project . We would definitely recommend West Shore

The installers that came out Quinn and Jake were very professional and courteous. They worked efficiently and cleaned up after everything they did and just did an absolutely amazing job! They answered all our questions and valued our opinions if anything needed added or done. They were knowledgeable in what they were doing and did it all in a professional manner. West Shore definitely knows what they are doing! Thank you West Shore for an excellent and satisfactory job! We would hire West Shore again when it comes time to do our other bathroom remodel!

Excellent install team and support for questions. There was a misunderstanding about the height of the walls when the job was sold and left additional work for us to do but overall everything was handled well with quality installation job and professional follow up on our all our questions.

My new shower is gorgeous. Parker, Jory and Quinn did a beautiful job. From beginning to end they kept me informed of the progress and encouraged me to come into the bathroom to see the progress and take pictures. Everyone was courteous and professional. Love our new beautiful shower. Stephen H., Felipe A., Uriel G., and Jon H. were very professional, explaining everything they were doing. They were on time and all worked very hard to take out an old outdated garden tub and wall and install a new beautiful shower in one day. They cleaned up all the mess before leaving. They did an excellent job. I also want to add that the sales rep (don't know his name) that came to our home was also excellent and a big factor in his presentation of why we chose West Shore Homes.

Everything was great. They made sure that their mess was cleaned up and everything was done correctly. The only issue I have is not with installers they were great I have an issue with the inspector. It would have been nice for him to call before he showed up.

Brandon, David & Brenda were very careful, explained their work and did an excellent job. Very pleased with the installation and look forward to using the walk-in shower.

The installers were great, very professional but personable and attentive. They took great care to make sure everything was exactly how I wanted it to be. I will be hiring this company again when I do the other bathroom.

They were fast and thorough at their work.I was pleased that they also pointed out items of the warranty that would be important for the first few days after the installation. I don't think it could have been a better experience. Cleanliness was excellent and much appreciated! Anyone would be fortunate to have these gentlemen work in their home. So enjoyed meeting Quinn S, Brenda C, Tristan P and Ben E. They worked continuously to give us a beautiful shower that was necessary for us as we age. The old cast iron tub had to be hard to bust up and remove, but they did it, and without complaint! Their friendliness and knowledge of their business was impressive. Having this completed in one day still amazes me, especially in a home that's over 100 years old. Highly recommend!
