Not only did they consistently show up on time, even though we hit a snag, they alerted us to the issue immediately and couldn't finish the job that day since we had to address the issue before they could complete the job. Our walk-in shower turned out beautiful. Our first contact was with Jenny. She came to our home with samples and explained the project to us. She was very knowledgable, friendly and professional. A week later we had installers Dalton, Tristan and Jeff come to remove our tub and install our beautiful shower. They answered all our questions and gave us care instructions. They worked very hard and very professional. Such friendly guys that did a wonderful job. I highly recommend West Shore Home for your next project.

The installers Thomas S and Justin B were very professional. They were on time, work was outstanding, and when they left, they cleaned everything; you would never know we had any work done that day, Thank you!

The installers (Qvinn and Brandun) were amazing. They showed up on-time and completed the project as promised. After they finished, they spent the time to clean the entire bathroom and entry into the house. I will definitely use them on my next bathroom re-model project.

The workers were very efficient and very professional. Every one of the 7 or so that walked through my door were friendly and very knowledgeable. They left my property very clean each day. They were done in 1.5 days.
