I had outlets added to my garage electrical service run to my shed. This guy drilled gouges in my wall, the repair was less than stellar. Now I have a 12-inch flat spot on a textured wall. Did not clean up any messes, drywall, insulation on the floor, wiring pieces. I started the job and did not come back for 5 days to finish. I am having to finish the wall repair myself. I would not recommend this business.

Joel did a fantastic job on two challenges I had. He's a Jack of All Trades, I found. When one of the projects perplexed him, he kept at it until he figured it out. He is on the top of my list for future projects, and will be recommended to others I know.

Mr. Robertson could not fix the problem w/my A.O.Smith gas water heater even though he contacted the call center. He did describe it in full to me, wrote the description down for me and recommended that I contact A.O.Smith directly since it was still under warranty. Joel came the same day I contacted him. He arrived when he said he would and texted when on the way. He had purchased a needed part on the way and completed a repair in record time, saving me the expense of a new purchase and installation. Also his quote for the job was more than reasonable based on other estimates. I plan to have him return soon for another job. I told my neighbor heâ s a gem!
