I was charged $160 to put an element in a hot water heater. It didn't fix the problem and when I called him , he said he would have to come out and clean it out for another $150

He was quick to respond and knew what he was doing. I was glad I chose him and will do again.

Joel did an excellent overall job installing my 7 Zooz Zwave switches. he took his time and made sure all the electrical connections were solid and worked quickly and methodically. My only concern was that while installing a couple of the switches his screwdriver kept scraping the wall and could have potentially have caused a mark on the wall. once i pointed that out he apologized and corrected himself. Except for that the work was excellent. All of my zwave smart switches work perfectly.

Joel was late, but he called me & explained. He came right over and did the job quickly. It was not as easy as he thought since he did have to crawl in my attic to do the wiring. He did not complain; very pleasant man. He charged me exactly what he quoted (so no surprise charges like some). Was very pleased and will use him again when needed.
