Joel was fantastic. He even came out to my residence on a Saturday and did't charge a premium. Ended up installing a completely new service panel. He had to come back to finish up, but at he least got all the power back on first time out. I couldn't be happier. I finally found a skilled, reliable electrician for a reasonable rate.
