Joel was prompt, courteous, and his estimate was on target and reasonable. Would definitely recommend to others and will hire again, when needed!

Response was almost immediate after I had requested service assistance. Mr. Robertson said he would be out the next day. On the day of service he called me from Home Depot to let me know he had picked up the wall heater unit and what the cost was and that he was on the way over. He was very professional and knew what he was doing. I would certainly use his services again and recommend him to anyone needing heating/plumbing help.

Mr. Robertson replaced a bad electrical plug. It seems to be working fine now. The problem is that I have requested a receipt for payment in full on three separate occasions and three times he said that he would email a receipt that afternoon. NOTHING. Won't call him again.Ed M

Joel Robertson was prompt, friendly, honored the time he said he would be here and over-all did a great job in doing the work we needed. He was reliable and conscientious about his work and followed-up with us to be sure we were satisfied and the work was completed as we wanted. We felt the cost he quoted us was very fair.

Still waiting for them to remove the old appliance but overall the service was good and they contacted me promptly and are very friendly.
