Lawn plus is a wonderful company that does a great job of recovering an unhealthy lawn with lots of problems and turning it into the envy of the neighborhood!! That’s what they have done for me!!

I have had their service for a couple of years now and have had no issues. I have a fairly large yard and there are little to no weed issues. Any weeds I find are usually in hard to get at spots and are easily dealt with. They are punctual - always lets us know when they are coming and they never leave are property a mess. Everything promised has happened.

hired for a 1 1/2 years still have a yard full of weeds - neighbors on both sides and I cut our lawns the same day -neighbors had to cut their lawns about 8 days later. My lawn didn't need mowing for 14 days -wonder what type fertilizer if any they were putting on my yard - weed killer was non existent.

They put weed killer on the seedlings they just planted.killing them made promise to slice seed in fall. Weed control applied just before rainstorms twice. I was lied to and taken for money. I am a senior citizen and worked hard for my money beware nonprofessionals

They're always timely, and call in advance, and they always put the bill in mailbox. I have used them for years. I stopped them when I retired to save money but when this came up I decided to use them again as I knew that they did a good job.

The weeds and dandelions gone. My yard never looked so good. The bugs that were coming in the house are gone also! They have exceeded my expectations!

After waiting 2 weeks for first treatment I canceled the order and the guy was rude. Will never use them again may never use angie list again. Terrible experience. No customer service aptitude. Got a refund

The front yard grass seeding effort was a disaster, as nothing grew in either spot. The back yard grass seeding effort was mixed. There were several areas of bare spots and where grass did grow, it was a mixture of grass and weeds. I was led on by the general manager all summer in that he said he would help out with the problem areas when sufficient time had gone by for grass growth. When I asked for Lawn Plus to do something about it, he blamed it everything but Lawn Plus and tried to charge me more money to fix it. I did everything Lawn Plus told me to do in maximizing grass growth, but I was still blamed for their bad service. The simple truth is that they didn't do the job correctly in the front yard, along with other areas in the back yard, and basically didn't want to stand by their work. They don't care about customer service, only out to maximize profits. Based on that, I cancelled the weed control service also and just went with another company found on Angie's List. It just so happens that company does stand by their work and promised to make sure the work was done to satisfaction without charging more money. They offered a complimentary visit in the spring to check the areas that I had them do to fix the Lawn Plus work, with them offering to fix it for free if there are problems. It is no surprise that the company I chose has won Angie's List awards many years now and has already been a pleasure to work with, which was the complete opposite of Lawn Plus.

I was not home when the treatment occurred; however, I received a very detailed explanation of the treatment including a note that the gate in the enclosed area for my dog was latched so I did not have to worry the next time I let him out. I am very pleased with the results!

They were excellent and it's a good company.

Had 1st early Spring application, with herbicide/fertilization done 5/5/14 and I feel it went fine. Three days later, however, on 5/8/14, there was an invoice in the front door for a core aeration and seeding (at $148.01). I was really surprised since I assumed I would be contacted ahead to approve such a treatment. Called the office to speak to Bob Brower and left message. When Mr. Brower called later he was immediately aggressive and started to tell me that because he had circled core aeration/seeding on his original assessment, and we touched on it briefly when I started service, that it meant I agreed with this treatment and didn't need contacting. I reminded him of welcome letter saying and quot;any good relationship begins with great communication .. to and from our customers. Mr. Brower agreed, but started arguing, rather loudly, with me about what was actually said. I do remember saying I had just had aeration done last Fall and would probably consider it for this Fall, 2014. We had discussed overseeding also but I was concerned about its success if we used herbicides. I said it was probably best if we terminated service. Mr. Brower, very loudly, said and quot;I agree, have a great dayand quot; and hung up. I don't believe I have ever experienced such poor customer service from a company, especially one that was highly recommended on Angie's List. He was not interested in discussing anything...just bullying.

They are very professional and reasonable . Have used their services for the past several years with no problems.

They're wonderful. I would recommend them to anybody. They respond. Their customer service is great because, when I call, they're right there. They listen and they're very competitive. They're better than anybody else around here.

They come out two or three times a year. I have not had a problem with them. I would recommend them.

I deal with Angie Bob, but he is not the owner he is the general manager. I paid my bill all at one and I paid per application. Bob is a super nice guy. My yard looked absolutely pathetic 2 months ago. I took pride in it and it looked really bad but they came in and put two applications down and it looks much, much better.
