+ 0 moreWe ordered a garage door, but decided to wait before buying a new garage door opener. When the door came in, it was the wrong style. It was close to what we wanted, but a little different. My husband went and looked at it, and they offered us a discount if we went with it, or a lesser discount if they had to re-order the correct one. We ended up going with the one that originally came in, and took the discount. We then told them to go ahead with the new garage door opener. I love the new door which is insulated and very sturdy for our two car garage. The opener is super quiet and is synced to our phones, so we can open/close the door while away if necessary.
Description of Work: We had our garage door and opener both replaced.

Description of Work: Installation of a Chamberlain 1/2 horsepower garage door opener was performed by Harley Helriggle. Personable attention, and provided recommendations regarding existing door. Was not aggressive or pushy; more consultative in approach. Also, made adjustment to spring and programmed buttons in vehicle - which was nice. The only negative was that Harley wasn't prepared with light bulbs for the new unit. However, he compensated by reducing final price by $9.00. Total expense for replacement was $375.00 with tax ($25.00). Required approximately 1.5 hours for installation and programming. Harley was referred by another colleague. We found Harley to be knowledgable, and seems sincere and honest. We will probably obtain services in spring 2013 for door replacement. Pricing seems pretty competitive.

+ -1 moreTHEY HAVE GOOD WORK ETHICS. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND EFFICIENT. THEY WERE HERE WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE. THEY ARE A VERY POLITE AND PLEASANT CREW TO HAVE AROUND.
Description of Work: THEY HAD TO PUT IN SOME EXTRA SUPPORT BEAMS TO HOLD WEIGHT OF THE NEW TRACKS AND MOTOR. THEN THEY INSTALLED MY SINGLE GARAGE DOOR.
