carpet installation
+ -1 moreThe staff who answered the phone and responded to emails were very prompt and pleasant. We set up a time for an estimate and Pat was punctual. (I appreciated that!!) He got to work right away and was very clear afterward explaining how he'd approach the installation. There was no wasting of time. I received the bid for the job in 24 hours. It was wonderful dealing with courteous folks who didn't EVER leave me hanging. Their response was always prompt. THAT'S RARE! Finally, we were just carpeting a rental, and so went with a local biz, but I'd assume, given the opportunity, Floors by George would not have disappointed! For our own place, we'd definitely consider them.
